What an amazing practice. I cant thank Dr Yaser and all the team for helping me bring my smile back. I have always been anxious about visiting the dentist and have not visited one for years. In March I had an extremely severe toothache. My partner was working in the area and by chance went in and asked for an appointment for me. How lucky for me as from that first appointment until today I have been treated with the utmost care by everyone. Every step of the way I have been looked after with great respect and have had sincere guidance about what is the best treatment for me going forward. Its a100% recommendation from me and a big thankyou to everyone in the practice.

NEVER AGAIN! In more than 50 years of receiving dental treatment, I have never left an appointment feeling as disappointed or dissatisfied as I did today. I had an appointment with Karen (Hygienist) at 11:30am, followed by an appointment with Yaser (Excellent Dental Surgeon) at 12:00 noon. Unfortunately, the hygienist was running over 20 minutes late. From the moment I was called into her treatment room, everything felt rushed. I was handed a pair of dirty-looking protective glasses to wear over my spectacles and given a few sheets of tissue paper to place on my chest instead of a proper protective bib. The examination and cleaning were extremely rough. Throughout much of the appointment, the hygienist and her assistant were engaged in a conversation about matters unrelated to my treatment, which left me feeling like an inconvenience rather than the focus of the appointment. As a paying patient who has attended this practice for more than 20 years, I expected far better. The treatment caused significant bleeding, and I repeatedly had to raise my hand—at least three or four times—to stop so that I could rinse and spit out the blood in my mouth. Despite this, the treatment continued in the same manner until it ended abruptly with the words, “All done – you can go.” When I arrived home, my wife pointed out that the collar of my virtually new white shirt was stained with blood. Despite soaking and washing it twice, the stains remain and the shirt appears to be ruined. I was never offered any protection to prevent this. My regular hygienist, Denise, who always provided excellent care, has recently retired. Sadly, based on today’s experience, I will not be returning for hygiene treatment at this practice. Never again.

I had my tooth extracted by Dr. Yasar, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. He was very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The extraction was done smoothly, and my recovery was much quicker than I expected. I'm truly grateful for his excellent treatment and compassionate approach. I would highly recommend Dr. Yasar to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

After suddenly developing excruciating toothache, I called the practice late in the day hoping they might be able to see me as an emergency. The team were incredibly accommodating and arranged an appointment for me straight away. I was initially seen by Dr Khalid, who was so kind, warm and reassuring at a time when I was in a lot of pain. I am genuinely terrified of going to the dentist due to previous negative experiences, but from the moment I arrived, the entire team were friendly, welcoming and put me at ease. I have a complex medical history and am immunosuppressed, which can affect healing and means I have historically struggled with local anaesthetic not working effectively. In the past, these concerns have sometimes been dismissed, so I was particularly grateful that Dr April took the time to listen. She discussed my options thoroughly, took my concerns seriously, used different types of anaesthetic to ensure I was comfortable, and only proceeded when she was confident I was adequately numb. Throughout the procedure, she regularly checked in with me and made sure I remained comfortable. I can honestly say it was the first pain-free dental procedure I have ever had. The care, compassion and professionalism shown by Dr April was exceptional and has gone a long way towards reducing my fear of dental treatment. Every member of the team has been wonderful. From the lovely ladies on reception, to the dental nurses and dentists, everyone I encountered was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a practice where you feel so well looked after by every single person you meet. Thank you to Dr Khalid, Dr April and the whole team. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice, particularly to anyone who feels anxious about visiting the dentist.

I would highly recommend Chester Cosmetic & Dental Care to anyone. Dr Yaser Al Daker and Nicky were amazing. They were so lovely and I felt in complete safe hands. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and Dr Al Daker took it out with no problem at all. Their follow up with me and care and attention was something I’ve never experienced. Thank you so much xx

My whole experience for composite bonding has been absolutely brilliant! The team have been so accommodating and helpful throughout. A huge thanks to Emma who is truly amazing at this! Her advice, attention to detail and perfectionism for what she does was apparent throughout! There was no hard sell to have more composite than I needed, and she was determined to have my own teeth in great health beforehand to give me the best result possible. Service from the whole team was exceptional and I would happily recommend them to anybody!

Posted on behalf of my father: I have been using Chester Cosmetic & Dental care for just over ten years. Prior to going there I was too nervous to go to any dentist. I have had many procedures there from a filling to a bone graft and dental implant’s.As I am so nervous I have had sedation on numerous occasions. The dentist I have had my work done by was Yasser. He and his team have always made me feel at ease and comfortable. Apart from them all being so professional they are friendly kind and patient. I highly recommend them. Patrick .
