They are very professional. I have not had an honest Dentist who genuinely cares since I was a child. He could have made up all kinds of unnecessary treatments just to make a dollar but instead was honest, considerate, and walked me through the process while referring to my X-Rays as proof. I did not need much but he was thorough anyway. The staff is fun, upbeat and friendly as well. You’re always greeted with a smile and they walk you through all the billing and scheduling questions you could possibly think of. This is a great place to go for all your dental needs! What a fantastic experience. It was my first visit with Dr. Roger and I was so impressed. He spent time discussing options and a great treatment plan to accommodate my needs. The staff treat you exceptionally well, also! I was so impressed and am eager to begin treatment.

The best dental practice! All of the staff are so kind and caring in every step of care, from appointment making and handling insurance filing to the most gentle and assuring exams, cleanings and procedures! My experience with Dr. Brock and his hygienist has always been completely fantastic. Highly recommend to all friends for sure! Especially those that may have prior history of poor experiences in the past. Everything is very clearly explained ahead of time and they are constantly checking in throughout the visits and even after to be sure of patient comfort. Seriously couldn’t say enough good things about this office! I’m a big fan!

I started going to Chesterfield family dental in 2022– Dr. Brock has taken great care of my smile. When I walked in for the first time, I was so very anxious — due to past dental trauma. They quickly put me at ease and now I don’t mind the dental appointments at all! Bailey does an amazing job on my cleanings as well!! Highly recommend!
