Always a great experience!
Went there several years ago, moved, moved back, started going there again. Everyone is so friendly and talks to you about everything that is going on in your mouth and what you need to do to protect your teeth. Great place would definitely recommend.

I had to get a crown attached to a molar.When it was ready, I made an appointment. Dr. Ralph took great care and made sure that the crown fit perfectly. The entire team is truly outstanding.

My husband, son and I had traveled a long distance to be seen due to Dr. Parkin being my husband's childhood dentist. I now understand why. Both dentist Parkin and Andrus took time to answer our questions and take care of fillings and exams. The office manager Jessica, EDA Andrea and staff Riley were very kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I have had a fear of dental work from other locations and bad experiences, but staff here as well as the cozy front waiting area helped ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this office and it's professionals (dentists as well as office staff) for dental care.
I had an excellent experience at this dental office and wanted to specifically recognize Raquel for her outstanding care. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care, and I especially appreciate Raquel for making my visit such a great one! Raquel truly goes above and beyond to create a positive and stress-free experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stood out!!
Dr. Parkin is super professional and makes you feel heard and seen. Jessica and one other dental assistant were SUPER rude and SUPER unprofessional. I had gotten fast braces at this establishment. Every time i came in for a check up, Jessica would be the main person to look at my brackets and move some things around after taking the doctors orders. Every single time she touched my teeth, brackets would pop off as soon as i left the parking lot, NO EXAGGERATION. So much so i’d have to literally turn right back around to have someone put them back on. I made sure to take care of my braces, so obviously this was very exhausting. Now, back to Jessica, she would LITERALLY be in the hallways complaining about not wanting to work on me and throwing fits. That’s not okay, if you hate your job, go do something else. I was always very quiet/polite person Hopefully no one else has to deal with her nasty attitude.
I've been going to this practice since I was a kid for over 30 years now. Dr. Parkin is a top-notch dentist who is honest, great with patients, and provides effective care. The office is clean and the staff are kind. I disagree with the (few) negative reviews, and I think those reviews tell me more about the person writing the review than about this dental practice. If you want an excellent dentist who is kind, honest, and has lots of experience, don't hesitate to give this dental office a try.
