Dr. F. M Momin at Dental 312 and his staff are AMAZING! Their customer service (bedside manners) are impeccable. I've been coming to the downtown office on Washington for many years and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. They have many services to fit your needs, to get your smile in order. I tried the invisa lines. The journey has been painless and without incident. I no longer cover my mouth when I smile or laugh. Don't second guess, go to Dental 312 and walk out amazed and feeling like you have gained new friends who care.
October 27, 2026 again as always, Dental hygienist, Sue continues to be awesome, quick, efficient, funny, and very professional all at once. Dentist Dr. Monin continued to be professional and warm and friendly. Their schedule availability It’s perfect on weekdays and they’re open extremely early early early in the morning. Their Chicago downtown office is modern, comfortable, with private cubicles and clean. The Receptionists are welcoming and the reminders and text alerts are timely and informative. Even though I am retired and use Medicare, I decided to pay private in order to continue care their which I’m well aware of well ahead of time and is much more affordable than paying two Medicare C plan.

Love my dental office! This team is truly amazing and has taken wonderful care of me for over 18 years. Their care and concern for their patients are genuine, and I always feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. The entire staff is friendly, professional, attentive, and makes every visit a positive experience. My dentist, Dr. Momin, is exceptional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to make sure I understand my care. After more than 18 years, I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this incredible team!
I usually get very nervous at the dentist office. But Dr. Amy Vanfossen and the hygienist, Diana, were so gentle and reassuring. They walked me through the filling procedure step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Best Dental experience I've had.
Dr Momin is one of the best dentists I've been to – he's exceptionally thoughtful and very communicative. He walks you through what he's seeing and what your options are, and never pushes treatment you don't need. Plus, the office is super welcoming with friendly staff and bright windows. Highly recommend! Fun fact: he also happens to be a previous MasterChef contestant (Gordon Ramsay famously loved one of his entrees). Pretty neat!
Dr. Van Fossen is such an incredible dentist! She’s patient, so knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. She is not looking to charge you for unnecessary services, but she genuinely cares about your oral health. I’m so very grateful to have found her.
I am so glad I switched to Chicago Dental 312! I am getting excellent dental care from a team that truly appreciates me. Personable! Professional! Dependable! Even when I had a dental emergency they got me in right away and fixed me up. I tell you, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Most reliable, honest dentist! I trust Dr Van Fossen and have recommended her to many people. She has guided me through regular cleanings and eventually Invisalign, she provides great direction, no pressure and a fun demeanor. Highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Van Fossen for years - and even though I don’t work downtown anymore I still go back to see her. She has a great team and I trust she always makes the best recommendations for me - even when thankfully it’s often a straightforward visit.
Chicago Dental is excellent; I highly recommend these dentists and hygienists. I travel from a far southern suburban town to come to the office in downtown Chicago, and I will continue to do so due to the quality of work and service. Keep up the great work.
