Receptionist are so rude and the orthodontist told my kid he needs a jaw surgery and we went somewhere else and they didn’t say that and actually helped with his braces treatment so not recommend and they give you a 5$ gift card to rate them 5 stars

This is by far the worst experience ever the doctor was more concerned about him spending money on his products then to want his patients wanted and the owner was the one doing my procedure and he said some very unprofessional comments I had been coming here for a long time that once has this happened but today was just not it I would expect the owner to be more professional and concerned with what his patients wants but he’s totally the opposite! The only reason they have 4.9 stars is because they offer you a gift card to Starbucks to rate them 5 stars
Wow I love it here! Dr. James is amazing and beyond patient with kids! My son who is terrified of visiting the dentist was actually really good this time! He usually screams his lungs out & at our visit he did not shed a tear during the procedure. I am honestly impressed. Thanks Dr. James & his amazing team ❤️
I am a new resident to Los Angeles and I took my children , I was very satisfied with staff with the doctor everything exceeded my expectations… my children have had traumatic prior dentist experiences so I was very hesitant I wanted to put my children in good hands & the experience was Amazing !!!
