The dental clinic provides excellent treatment, even for children who go to receive gifts, and we are very satisfied with our visits.
Dr. Bae is the best!
Today we visited the clinic again and it was completely different from the last time. I'm very happy with the service, the attention, and how fast everything was. I've been coming here for 6 years and today I'm leaving very happy.
Excellent service, nice people.
They administered many unnecessary treatments to the children, used restraints to immobilize them in an attempt to perform many treatments at once, and a male nurse pressed down on the child's face with his hand. Both the child and the watching guardian had to endure a terrible time.
Taking four daughters to the dentist is never an easy task, but Dr. Bae always makes us feel so at ease with a bright smile and sincere care. I truly appreciate that there is no overtreatment; the doctor only provides exactly what each child needs with such kindness. I can confidently recommend this clinic to anyone!
They are always so helpful in the front desk. Dr. Bae has been our doctor for both of my boys. The whole tech team helps my kids stay calm and have a positive experience.
I’ve been going to this dental office for a long time, and both the staff and the dentists are always kind and welcoming. My child is quite fearful, but they consistently make an effort to ease the anxiety and help them feel comfortable. They also offer services in both Korean and Spanish, which is very helpful.
completely unacceptable experience my family and I endured at your office on February 6. We had a scheduled 4:00 PM appointment. My son arrived at approximately 4:05 PM. The patient before us was a Korean patient named K, who was checked in around 3:55 PM. I remember this clearly. Your office is already known for excessive wait times, so I did not expect fast service. However, what occurred that day crossed every reasonable and professional boundary. After waiting more than one hour, we finally saw the doctor, who stated my son needed treatment and asked if we wanted to proceed. Of course we agreed. At that point, leaving and returning another day was unreasonable—there is no guarantee your office would run on time then either, and it would again require my son and me to give up valuable time. When I asked when treatment could be performed, Dr. told it should be within 40 minutes despite the office being busy. We were sent back to the waiting area because new X-rays were supposedly needed. From that moment forward, it became obvious that your office does not follow appointment order. Patients who arrived after us were repeatedly taken in for X-rays and checkups before us. Meanwhile, we continued to sit and wait with no explanation. After the promised 40 minutes passed and nearly an hour had elapsed, I approached the front desk and asked for clarification. The Hispanic staff members repeatedly claimed they “did not know,” made no effort to investigate, and showed complete indifference. Their behavior then escalated into open disrespect. They looked me up and down, smirked, and treated me as though I did not deserve basic human courtesy. During this prolonged delay, K—the patient ahead of us—left and went home. That clearly made us next. Yet your treatment rooms were filled with other patients who arrived later. We were finally taken for X-rays again around 5:50 PM. My son did not see the doctor again until approximately 6:38 PM—over two and a half hours after our scheduled appointment time. While my son and I were being trapped inside your office, my other children, who had finished kindergarten, were forced to wait outside for over an hour for us. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a total disregard for families’ time and well-being. As we were leaving, a female staff member with a piercing under her right eye once again looked me up and down and smirked. At that point I confronted her and told her her behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful and asked for her name. She denied everything and refused to take responsibility. The doctor then asked me not to file a complaint because he would “get in trouble,” and stated that he cannot control staff behavior or appointment scheduling. That statement is alarming. If your doctors cannot control staff professionalism or scheduling, then your office is fundamentally mismanaged. Let me be absolutely clear: • Your staff must be trained to treat patients with basic respect.• Your office must stop overbooking beyond what it can realistically handle.• Patients must be seen in appointment order.• Discriminatory, mocking, or hostile behavior must not be tolerated. Your office already has a pattern of poor reviews. Offering small gift cards instead of fixing systemic problems is insulting. I will not be bribed into silence. We will never return to your office. Consider this letter formal notice of your failure to provide professional, ethical, and respectful care.
I’ve been coming here for over five years, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill recently. The iPad that used to be in the waiting room for kids is gone, and the front desk staff’s attitude has changed. they’re no longer very welcoming or helpful. That said, the assistants who take X-rays and clean the kids’ teeth are still wonderful. Even when staff changes, they are always kind and gentle with my children. My biggest concern is with Dr. Bae. He barely looks in my kids’ mouths for less than a minute. He didn’t mention loose teeth or alignment issues at all, and I honestly question how thorough the exams are. I hope this office takes feedback seriously and improves, because it used to be a place we truly trusted.
