As I was told I could and got confirmation on a cleaning I over heard the hygienist get upset after confirming for the cleaning that she was not up to it she had to just (check) 3 kids then I was next I had no problem waiting until they the one the hygienist spoke to which was a dental assistant the assistant then came to me with the excuse for the hygienist that the hygienist had other patients that just arrived for there appointment I waited a 45 min just to be rescheduled all along I kept seeing the hygienist walk across my room about six times giggling with others this experience was not professional at all !The dentist was great but the staff needs to be audited!

THEY SUCK whatever you do don’t go there. The staff is rude and it takes you 2 or more hours PAST your appointment to get seen. Going there is the worst experience and it gives you chronic stress. For Pete’s sake just go somewhere else while you can. I would give it 0 stars if I could

My kids had an amazing experience at the dentist today, especially since it was my youngest’s very first visit! A huge thank you to Sandra, Sheila, and Mercedes for taking such wonderful care of us. You ladies were incredibly kind, patient, and made the experience so comfortable for my children. I truly appreciate everything you did. Thank you for making our visit such a positive one!

Both my children and I were pts at this place until yesterday. The wait to get in is so damn long and when you do get to see the hygienist it’s another wait for a dentist. That little piece of rug on the floor needs to be thrown out because it’s dirty and the floor itself looks like it’s hasn’t been swept for couple days. That’s not why I canceled our future appointment, I did because of how mean one of the female dentist was to my autistic son. She knows nothing about compassion. It’s best to go where we’re valued.

I love them. They’re very fast. They get what you need done and they give you back-to-back appointments that people that really needed. This is a good dental and they make sure you’re OK before doing anythin. been going to the dentist since I was a little girl I don’t think I’m gonna be leaving anytime soon

Amazing experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was welcoming, the manager took the time to reassure me that my daughter was in great hands, and the doctor and assistant were both kind, patient, and professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. Thank you all for the excellent care—we highly recommend this office!

I’m the aunt of a patient and have visited this dental office several times. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed the same issue. Today, there was a employee in the front desk wearing yellow and another employee wearing a denim dress who seemed to be chatting in the back the entire time. Before we checked in and even after we checked out, they were still standing there talking. I also recognize the lady in yellow as the receptionist who has been rude on previous visits when working at the front desk I think her name was pavelli, A more welcoming and professional attitude would make a big difference in the patient experience. That being said, the clinical staff in the back are amazing. They are efficient, friendly, and provide excellent care. We had no wait time at all, which is greatly appreciated. The quality of care from the dental team is what keeps us coming back.

I want to give a special review to my son’s hygienist, MERCEDES. My son is on the spectrum, and this was the third time she has seen him. The first visit took quite a long time because he was very nervous and unsure, but Mercedes was incredibly patient and understanding with him. Now that she has gotten to know him, the difference is amazing. At this last appointment he felt so much more comfortable with her, and everything went smoothly and much faster. It’s clear that she really takes the time to understand her patients and make them feel safe. I’m so grateful for her patience, kindness, and the way she connects with my son. Because of her, dental visits have become a much more positive experience for him. I will absolutely continue bringing my son here, especially to see Mercedes. Thank you for the wonderful care!

I was happy to have my cleaning done after awhile., to see some familiar faces. I'm satisfied with my visit, thanks to my hygienist. She did a great job as usual. Have a blessed day everyone 🙏
