I love the staff here, they are friendly and polite. All of the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly, my 4 year old loves them so much. She was scared for the first couple of dental appointments, but now she always says "I love going to the dentist". All the staff here has helped my daughter with her confidence and to build that trust with her. She just had her dental appointment yesterday and was all smiles. I love how the dental assistants and dentists tell my daughter exactly whats to be expected. By the end of the appointment she said "bye bye, I love you!" To the dental assistant that helped her. 10/10 stars would highly recommend!!!

9/10 recommend. We just had a first visit. Finding the location was a bit difficult because they had multiple offices. Aside from that office was good. They however had age inappropriate movie on the tv. It was beauty and beast but for toddler age it is scary. I don’t let my toddler watch tv or give a phone. So i was forced to give a phone to avoid her watching tv. Maybe low stimulation, engaging show would be better choice such as ms. Rachel

I think the experience here varies a lot by doctor. I was really uncomfortable with the recommendations at his first visit (multiple crowns under anesthesia) but a dental assistant could see my discomfort and told me more about my options and to see Dr. Sarah specifically. I also called his previous dentist to get their take on the recommendations of 3 crowns and 3 fillings. Once I was assured that the recommendations weren’t considered extreme, I decided to move forward. The next visit with Dr. Sarah went great. I scheduled 2 more with her specifically. When we came in again, they had us with a different doctor and were recommending 6 more crowns 2 with root canals! I don’t understand how his treatment plan changed so drastically without an additional appointment or new X-rays. I cancelled both appointments and won’t be back. They seem to have a system of recommending extensive services and escalating the treatment plans. I worry about how many people here are being taken advantage of due to limited options and language barriers. Definitely only go if you’re seeing a specific doctor that you trust. Otherwise be prepared to ask questions and be firm in advocating for what you want for your child.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. My daughter was diagnosed and then scheduled for treatment MONTHS later. During that waiting period, I called multiple times asking if there were any cancellations so she could be seen sooner. Including in the days leading up to the appointment. Every single time, I was told there were no openings. The day before the appointment, after I had literally spoken to someone from the office about cancellations for a later time on the SAME DAY of our scheduled visit, I suddenly received a text saying my appointment was canceled because I “did not confirm.” No phone call. No courtesy. Nothing. Just canceled. After waiting months already, their next available appointment was again MONTHS away. Completely unacceptable when dealing with children’s dental care. I canceled all future appointments immediately and will never return. The scheduling system and communication are beyond frustrating, and they clearly do not value patients’ time or urgency. Avoid if you actually want reliable care for your child. 🚩

they are very nice and very gentle with all the children. they are very professional with everything they do there. very clean. they see there patients on time and very focus and caring. I should've brought my child here long time ago, that's how wonder they are. if anyone wants a good dentist for your child, this is one of the best place to come. extremely recommend it to friends and family, to anyone. I give it a 100.

Dr Aziza is the reason I bring my son. Her care for him is exceptional. She tries her hardest to preserve teeth vs extractions or crowns and what not. She is by far one of the best Dentists my son has had. Thorough, educational, professional and just a pleasant human overall. We shopped around for a bit, found Doctor Sarah with Childrens Choice (awesome Dr as well but a fan favorite and always booked) so when he was seen by Dr Aziza I knew instantly she would’ve my kids Dentist until they age out, I hope she’s not tired of seeing us because my baby will be seeing her even if she doesn’t work with Choice. I’m willing to travel for her care! Thank you Doctor for taking such great care for my boys.
