Excellent service, very friendly staff

The dentist was great, as always! However, the dental assistant seemed a little short on patience with my child, which was surprising because my child was an amazing patient. We usually have the same assistant, and this isn’t typical of her, but she seemed like she didn’t really want to be there that day. Aside from that, we were seen fairly quickly, and the appointment was about the usual length. Overall, it was a good visit, with the exception of the assistant’s attitude that day.

Excellent service and friendliness at all times

I brought my child in today for a dental filling, and I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. We had been waiting for quite a while, and the dentist did not communicate with me about what was happening. I stood up simply because I wanted to see how my child was doing. A front desk staff member immediately came over and told me to sit down, saying that I could accidentally touch the equipment and cause harm. I understand that there may be safety rules in a treatment area, and I would have had no problem following them if they had been explained respectfully. What upset me was the way she spoke to me. She said, “If you don’t want to sit, you can go outside.” I found that unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially when I was only trying to check on my own child during a dental procedure. When I told him that I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me, instead of simply acknowledging the poor wording or apologizing, he continued speaking to me in a condescending, lecturing manner, while presenting it as if he were being helpful or concerned. Parents should be treated with basic respect and kept informed about their child’s care. Safety policies can be communicated clearly without talking down to people or telling them to leave. The experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

I have taken my kids there since they were little. But this visit was different I met a dentist that was from my country and I was so happy to see that she can speak Arabic and English she was very kind and gentle and was very clear with her instructions on how the post should be I hope she continues at this office because I’ll still take my kids there. And the front office was really kind and friendly answered all my questions and concerns the dental assistant were also good all in all this was a great experience.

Very good

I love the staff here, they are friendly and polite. All of the dentists and dental assistants are super friendly, my 4 year old loves them so much. She was scared for the first couple of dental appointments, but now she always says "I love going to the dentist". All the staff here has helped my daughter with her confidence and to build that trust with her. She just had her dental appointment yesterday and was all smiles. I love how the dental assistants and dentists tell my daughter exactly whats to be expected. By the end of the appointment she said "bye bye, I love you!" To the dental assistant that helped her. 10/10 stars would highly recommend!!!
