Dr Christopher is the only dentist I will ever go to. The new smile she gave me has changed my life!!! She always explains everything to me before she does it and never charges for anything unnecessary. The lady at the front desk is so kind she even held my baby while I was getting my teeth worked on. I drive over 35 miles every time I come see Dr Christopher and I will continue to do it as long as she is practicing. She is the best!!!!
Went to this office twice. Last visit Dr. Christopher says I “might” have a cavity but she wouldn’t know until she started drilling. That seemed odd to me so I went to another dentist. Not only was she wrong about the tooth that needed a filling, she missed 2 teeth that needed immediate fillings, one of which was graying and had deep decay/bacteria into the nerve & she missed that I have another 4 teeth that will need fillings in the next 6 months. I now have to hope the tooth w/deep decay doesn’t need a root canal. It took my new dentist a total of 30 seconds to figure all of this out and show me via camera. It was as clear as night and day which teeth needed fillings, although somehow Dr. Christopher missed all of this which will now end up really costing me. Not to mention I’ve never received a normal cleaning here, she pokes around and gives a fluoride paste for you to keep on overnight and calls it a day. I’m not sure what I even paid for in a visit. Finally, the X-rays done aren’t even digital or anything up to par with what other dentists are doing. I cannot recommend this dentist.
I was debating on writing this review because it happened exactly three years ago, but after seeing all the other terrible reviews, I thought I’d share. So as mentioned, three years ago today I went to this place with my friend (who had an appointment). We were freshman in college and she didn’t want to Uber there alone so we went together. When we arrived, everything was fine and the staff seemed friendly. My friend finished her appointment and as I was about to get up to leave, the blonde lady (who I’m assuming is the woman who owns this office) asks, “Oh you’re not seeing me today?” And I said no. My friend and I laughed. She said well why? I said I don’t know (at this point my friend and I were giggling because we thought she was joking— and the “joke” being I’m at the dentist office but not seeing the dentist) She then says “Do you think this is funny?? Why would you come here and waste people’s time?” She then GRABBED MY ARM and tried PULLING ME OUT OF THE DENTIST OFFICE. Only God saved her that day because still— I thought she was playing around. My friend finally speaks up when we realize she’s literally trying to push me out the door and says “that’s my friend.” And the lady goes, oh my gosh! I’m so sorry. And we respond with we thought you were joking.! She says “I would never joke like that! Please please come to the back for a free teeth cleaning” So I accepted. Worst mistake. After she finished berating me about my dental health, she starts comparing me to my (mixed) friend who I am 100% assuming she thought was white. She goes “she’s way better at brushing than you” amongst other things. It gets better. She then asks me about my braids. “How long did that take?” I responded with a few hours. She then proceeded to say “God must have HATED black people when He made their hair.” And began comparing the wonderful joys of being white to the struggle and terrors of being black. I hope this lady knows that God don’t like ugly and ugly is written on her head to toe. You are the worst kind of person and I hope your business rots to the ground. Fix your ways. Before I finish— special shout-out to the front desk lady who sat and said absolutely NOTHING while this was happening. She knew there wasn’t anyone else there for an appointment but my friend.
Avoid at all costs. By far the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever witnessed in action. Will rush you through appointments. Mocks questions that her patients have. Talks badly about patients in front of other patients. Says sarcastic and unprofessional comments throughout exams, including bringing up her political views. I could go on. Spare yourself the bad experience.
Dr. Christopher is amazing. She has been my dentist for the past 20 years. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. She loves what she does and cares about her patients.
