Hygienist are great. The Dentist is by far the worst experience I have ever had. He refuses to listen to a word the patient says. I asked multiple times for him to look at something that was bothering me and he completely refused and said that it should not be bothering me. His fingers are so fat it feels like you’re being gagged, and to top it off he’s slapping you in the face with his stomach the entire time because he’s so large. I could hear what he had for lunch. He completely goes back on what he says on previous conversations and seems like he is not aware of what is going on. I HIGHLY recommend NEVER coming here. Again the hygienist and amicable and just great. The dentist completely ruins this place.

Over the past year, I've had the pleasure of visiting Dr Anene’s Dental Practice and it's been a consistently positive experience. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm, which is a relief for someone who prioritizes a stress-free environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed about my dental care. I'm grateful to have found a dental practice that not only meets but exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch dental care in a comforting environment.

Was supposed to fill a cavity. Without discussion he decided that he was going to put in a temporary filling and refer me for a root canal. While that is fine the place they referred me to doesn’t do root canals and they will not make another referral. Should update their referral system. Will not be back.

I was a little scared coming here with all the bad reviews. I've been twice, have to go back in a month. Staff is nice. Dentist was typical dentist: he's not supposed to be your best friend chatting about life...he is a provider checking and assessing your teeth and gums...no issues with him. The desk staff and hygienists were nice too. If something changes I'll update my review but, kind of struggling to see the reason this office gets hated on. Update 3/01/24: I'm 4 visits in now. Initial visit, a deep cleaning; regular cleaning and filling. The dentist and office staff are nice people. I had an unexpected problem with my dental insurance (not their fault at all) and had to pay cash out of pocket. The office manager gave me a discount which they did not have to do. Dr. Anene made sure I was good and numb before he went in and I appreciated that compared to my first filling ever at a different dentist he applied numbing gel before sticking a needle into the inside of my mouth. I was concerned seeing some of these reviews but my experiences have been nothing short of 5/5 good. If you are getting a different experience from them, I feel like you're probably the one coming at them in a bad way first.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist and have to say this place exceeded all expectations. The staff is super welcoming and friendly and has made each visit as pleasant as possible. Just had a filling done earlier today and they did a great job without any discomfort. Would definitely recommend if you're new to the area!
