Booked and received confirmation of my appointment online, but when I arrived I was told there was no booking despite showing my confirmation. I was offered another appointment more than a week away. I'd already taken time off work so their system’s error was disappointing. When I said her response was unsympathetic, the receptionist replied, "It's not about being sympathetic." I wasn't blaming her personally, but when your system fails, the least you expect is an apology and some empathy. Customer service matters, and this experience was very disappointing.

Ive been going to Church end dental since I was kid and its just got so bad. I booked an appointment on the phone, but when I arrived no appointment was booked, there was no sympathy or any urgency to help. They rebooked me and 3 hours before the appointment called me to say its been cancelled There was no formality no appoligies just quick uninterested call. I then rebooked again and 10 minutes before my appointment they called me to say its cancelled, yet again No Sorry, No Formality, No apologises Just a " This is church end dental your appointment has been cancelled due to a emergency" When i was stating to the lady about the 3 times of inconvenience she couldnt care less. Each time I had time booked off work to attend an appointment. The recruitment, training and attitude of the front of house staff is shocking. The dentist and hygienist are second to none always been top quality and great experience. Unfortunately I will no longer be using church end dental and as soon as I said remove me from the system she said ok and put the phone down. Utterly shocking experience in recent months so 1 star for me

Have been visiting this dentist for a few months now and the respect, professionalism, and service at each point of contact has been great. The staff have been patient, responsive, and efficient each time. I’d like to particularly thank the hygienist I saw today, Ewa, for her impeccable service. If anyone has any anxieties around visiting the dentist, you won’t after you’ve seen Ewa! Thank you.

Nearly 10 years dealing with your dentist. I spoke to many of your receptionists throughout the years. I never ever come through a very rude and aggressive and arrogant person like Manisha as I been told her name. Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional and unacceptable for a dentist representative

I have had two appointments with Siv Clark (Hygienist) and I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. Her attention to detail is unmatched and done with a passion. She explains everything in detail and is just amazing overall! Highly recommend.

On the 18th of February I came with two of my son's for a check up visit. I have paid by cash for my visit on that day. I have called the Reception this week to make an appointment with my Hygienist and I have been told that I owe money for my last check up. I have explained to the Receptionist, that I have paid by cash and if she can talk to the other Receptionist who was on duty on the 18th and remind her about the previous visit when she could not give me change from my notes and my son offered £2 so it was paid for fully. Please note, I always have paid and I pay for my visits after seeing the Dentist so I have never left a Surgery without paying. I called again today and the Receptionist was VERY RUDE saying she needs proof of my payment and I explained to her that I have paid by cash, and very unprofessionally rudely, she disconnected the call! It is not first time i came accross unprofessional maners from receptionists but i am happy with my Dentist and Hygienist Ewa. Above all, on 3 ocassions- i came for 9.30am appoitmrnt and the doors were still locked so i assume staff were late! I need to move to another Surgery now as the line is crossed!

I wish I could give no star! I have been with this dental service from a young age and I’ve never found this place great. They rush you and judge you with their hidden remarks behind their “advice”. There was only one good dentist who sadly passed away, but the others are just rude and provide you with judgement along with your treatments including the receptionist and they never answer the phone? I have missed a few appointments due to illness previously, but I had a dental emergency and was in urgent need of an appointment, waited 30 minutes on the phone, left a voicemail, booked an online appointment 2 days prior… only to get a call back to be told due to those missed appointments I’m no longer able to be helped at Church End. I was given no prior notice and nothing was mentioned beforehand, yet as soon as I’m in need is when they want to leave me to suffer. I wouldn’t recommend. I’ve heard other places treat their patients a lot kinder and with patience.
