Churchdown Dental Surgery

I will say that I'm not the keenest when it comes to dental care as it is invariably painful ( in more than one way). But I am very happy with the treatment I have received in this practice, so much so I've booked to go back.

Having had multiple procedures completed at the surgery I can easily say I cannot fault them. Dr Mohammed has been excellent and I haven’t experienced any pain in the slightest. The receptionists are great, they call before and after your appointment to offer reminders so you don’t miss your appointment and check up with you after receiving treatment. Excellent

I visited this practice for a second opinion and was extremely impressed with the experience from start to finish. The reception team were warm, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Mr. Mohammed took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured I felt completely at ease throughout my appointment. He provided honest, knowledgeable advice and presented a range of treatment options without any pressure, allowing me to make an informed decision. I particularly appreciated the thorough assessment and the care he took to ensure I fully understood my choices. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well organised, reflecting the high standards of care provided. It is clear that patient wellbeing is a genuine priority for the entire team. I wanted to share a review as I’ve recently had a dental procedure done at the Churchdown Dental Surgery. I wanted to thank the staff for being empathetic, kind and caring throughout the procedure. It was emotional having the tooth out but the support from the staff/dental nurses helped me to finally be pain free after having a cavity tooth removed. Thank you for the useful aftercare advice too, I felt well looked after and supported, thank you.

I was quite nervous leading up to my appointment, but from the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped calm my nerves. Throughout the procedure, I felt comfortable and well looked after. What stood out most was how thorough they were in talking me through my dental health. I left with a much better understanding of my teeth and what I can do to take care of them going forward. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Visited the surgery for the first time today and incredibly impressed with the care and attention from the staff on duty. Considering I had recently returned from abroad after having implants there, I was slightly sceptical about the manner in which I could have been perceived by the team. However, the reception I received was behind my expectations and so grateful for the warmth shown by the Receptionist's who had a friendly smile and a way of putting everyone at ease. Mr Mohammed was incredibly knowledgeable about the procedure's I have had done and offered invaluable advice which will see me return when I need further work done. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this practice to everyone looking for an excellent Dental practice in our local area.
