Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. I like the transparency about everything. I was well informed on my procedures and prices prior. Communication with each other was a little off which extended my stay. But overall I will be a return customer and recommend to all. I gave four stars because I never give five because I feel there is always room for improvement everywhere.
Used to be a patient, thank goodness no longer. Prepare to wait to be seen, even if you have an appointment. Once I waited over 3 hours before finally just leaving. Average wait time for me was 2 hours, and can confidently say I was never seen in under 1 hour of waiting. The dentist Mendoza is rude with a superiority complex. I once asked him to explain why he was doing a procedure and he answerd after a huge sigh and seemed very annoyed. His staff is nice atleast, never had any problem with them.
I received surprise bills for a annual visit. Called my insurance and they told they paid 100% of services provided, but still they insist that I needed to paid a balance. Billing department is not doing their job properly. Not coming back.
Trying to be constructive in this review despite being really upset. Issue is that billing for services here is incompetent. We were being charged by them for dental services when they FAILED TO PROPERLY SUBMIT WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM THE NOTES FOR THE PERIODONTAL Disease my wife has! So a call to our insurance company cleared that up very quickly. I don't owe anyone in dental or medical until a competent biller and manager properly submits the claim. One claim is from April 2025 the other Dec 2024! Dental clinic can't figure out why they are not getting paid so you bill the patient! That is highway robbery! Plus the doctors have a delay in payment too! Avoid this place@! I stopped going three years ago and don't even go there to deal with those people in person. These people will aggravate you coz they hire cheap labor that can't do their job!
My husband and I were new patients. My appointment was scheduled for 10am and I didn’t leave until a little short of 1:15. I’m hoping this is not a regular thing. Besides that, the staff and dentist were friendly. I’m gonna give it one more shot.
