About CITIDental Boston

CITIDental Boston is a general dental practice located at 63 Court Street in downtown Boston, Massachusetts. Positioned in the Government Center area near Boston City Hall and the Pemberton Square courthouse district, the practice serves patients from the downtown core, Financial District, and Beacon Hill neighborhoods who need convenient access to general dental care.

The practice provides general dentistry services covering the full range of routine oral health care. Preventive appointments—including examinations, digital X-rays, and professional cleanings—help patients maintain oral health and catch dental issues before they require more involved treatment. Beware: Dr. Hoang said I had to get a $7000 procedure done based on an X-ray on my tooth. When I held back on doing the procedure, she refused to provide me with further treatment and I had to switch dentists. Thankfully I did — the new dentist said after an X-ray my tooth was perfectly fine.

New patient, the Omi & Kenny at the front desk & Dr. Santana are awesome. Front desk is responsive; I had to reschedule multiple times & needed help figuring out insurance info, and they were on top of it all. Dr. Santana is kind, gentle, and efficient. This was one of the most positive dental care experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you team!

I have been coming here for over 8 years now. It is a solid dental clinic and they will do what is needed to make sure you keep your teeth for years to come ;) thanks to all the dentists and hygienist at the 63 Court St office for all their support, and dedication to my dental and mouth health throughout these years, it is much appreciated. Revised [7/2/2026] Dear CitiDental Team, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the dental care and support you have provided me over the years. The treatments I have received have significantly improved my dental health, and I truly appreciate the effort and attention that has gone into my care. I still remember my first visit, when I was overwhelmed by the number of procedures I needed. Dr. Stolch reassured me at the time, saying, “You will thank me when you’re older and still have your teeth.” That stayed with me, and I committed to the process—moving forward with treatments gradually over time. However, we encountered a challenging situation with tooth #2 (upper right second molar), which proved difficult to diagnose accurately. After multiple procedures on tooth #3—including a crown, a root canal, and a replacement crown—the pain persisted. Eventually, specialists determined that the source of the issue was tooth #2, which required a different course of treatment. This experience was understandably frustrating, both from a financial standpoint and due to concerns regarding the diagnostic process and overall approach to the situation. I had hoped for a different resolution, particularly given the circumstances surrounding the initial treatment path. After careful consideration, I have decided it is best for me to transition my care to another dental practice. That said, I want to acknowledge that CitiDental has undergone many changes over the years, and I have had a range of experiences with both staff and providers. Despite this, there is one professional I must recognize with the highest regard—Dr. Colleen Shea. Her care, professionalism, and expertise are truly exceptional. Dr. Shea, I deeply appreciate your work and dedication, and I intend to continue seeing you for any periodontal care moving forward. Thank you again for the care you have provided me over the years. I wish the team continued success. Sincerely, Will G

The dentist at Citi Dental lied and told me I have 5 cavities and needed a crown. I went to a different dentist who told me all of my teeth are perfectly fine. They will push you to change your dental insurance and try to get you to schedule dental procedures as fast as possible, presumably because they want to scam you before you're able to realize it. Definitely do not recommend going to this office.

I booked here specifically for the main dentist, but they stuck me with a junior one instead. The procedure was rough - I had to be numbed three times and the tooth has been sensitive on and off for a year since. When I went back to get the pain checked out, they just brushed it off as "normal" and immediately tried to upsell me on expensive out-of-pocket work. Between the aggressive sales pitch and the dated equipment (+crappy retrofitted office space), the whole place felt off. All these 5-star reviews feel fake compared to the experience I actually had. Don't waste your time.

I had a great experience. Omi Kenny had such a positive, happy energy and made me feel comfortable right away. She was kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Rodriguez was efficient, professional, and reassuring, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the care from both of them.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The environment was clean, modern, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail—it made a big difference. The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and a positive experience.
