The dentist at Citi Dental lied and told me I have 5 cavities and needed a crown. I went to a different dentist who told me all of my teeth are perfectly fine. They will push you to change your dental insurance and try to get you to schedule dental procedures as fast as possible, presumably because they want to scam you before you're able to realize it. Definitely do not recommend going to this office.

Very good experience

I booked here specifically for the main dentist, but they stuck me with a junior one instead. The procedure was rough - I had to be numbed three times and the tooth has been sensitive on and off for a year since. When I went back to get the pain checked out, they just brushed it off as "normal" and immediately tried to upsell me on expensive out-of-pocket work. Between the aggressive sales pitch and the dated equipment (+crappy retrofitted office space), the whole place felt off. All these 5-star reviews feel fake compared to the experience I actually had. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Santana is absolutely amazing! Super gentle, kind and extremely professional. I feel really fortunate to have met her. Big shoutout to Kenny and Omi who are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! 🙂‍↕️🦷🪥

Dr. Hoang is my dentist, and Diana is the dental hygienist who has handled each of my cleanings. Diana is fantastic. She’s kind, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. This was my third appointment over the past few months and every visit has been a great experience. The Citi Dental office staff, Omi, Kenny, and office manager, Anjara, are always welcoming and friendly. They send helpful appointment reminders and confirmations, and I’ve never waited more than 5–10 minutes before being seen. Highly recommend Citi Dental for dental care!

I had a really positive visit as a new patient. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience feel stress-free. The new patient process was smooth and straightforward, with no confusion or hassle. De’Anna was especially wonderful,she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning. Her patience and gentle approach truly made a difference. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant experience, and I felt well cared for throughout my appointment.

Omi and Dr. Shea are incredibly kind and skilled. Every single staff member was welcoming, calm, and patient, which gave me peace during my surgery. I was quite scared of the surgery, but the staff held my shoulder during the procedure, which was so comforting ♥️ I am recovering well, and it's clear that the staff are perfect at their work. Omi is also the sweetest angel, and she always greets me with kindness. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
