Nobody "likes" going to the dentist but this place is amazing. I almost want to have another root canal. Dr. Luz (that's her first name) explained everything - the entire time. Showed me the x-rays - told me what she thought she could do and what she couldn't. Told me if she didn't think it would work she wouldn't even proceed. That particular day they also had an observer who wanted to go to dental school n the room and in the course of explaining to him, they were also educating me. Everyone there was so friendly. It was an emergency appointment but I was scheduled within 24 hours. I was in and out pretty quickly. I couldn't ask for a better experience. And the bonus was two of my friends said they went there - saw Dr. Luz and were also raving about how great their experience was as well. Great office! Great experience!

Dr. Visbal is the best! She genuinely cares, has amazing bedside manner, and does great work! She made sure I was nice and numb before doing anything. She completed a root canal on my molar. I’m a dentist so I know first hand she’s the real deal!

I was referred on an emergency basis to Dr Visbal because of two abcesses! Although, I really dread dental procedures, I must say that this office did everything possible to put me at ease. From Joshua at the front desk who set up my appointment and welcomed me with a warm smile on my arrival, to Carlos the assistant who did my testing, X-rays and cat scans (with a gentle touch and thoughtfulness..offering me water or a trip to the ladies room since he knew I was nervous) to Dr Visbal…there was an abundance of professionalism and compassion. Dr Visbal is a “spit fire.” She is young, confident and enthusiastic but patient and kind. She answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me. She took time to review my X-rays and scans with me and explained very well what I need and how she will do the root canals. She instilled confidence in me . I will return on Monday for treatment with less anxiety but trusting that I am in capable hands. After I left, I learned from a friend who works for a dentist that her boss also refers to Dr Visbal.
