I’ve been coming to this office for some time for my exams & cleanings. Had great services from the hygienists. However, my X-rays were never explained to me or what was going on inside my mouth, and I recently had some issues with my gums to where I had to make two emergency appointments. I had to pay around $60 for each of them to be told my gums are fine when there was inflammation present & recession happening. I felt like Dr. Guel didn’t take the time to thoroughly check my history and rubbed it off as normal. Since then I had to pay more to go to another dentist who addressed my concerns and actually did treatment on me. I am disappointed because I actually liked going to this office even though the doctor seems like he was in a rush every time he came to check on me. I would say really look around to find a dentist that fits your needs because there are traditional dentist who take little to no approach to help you. When your mouth is hurting, it means everything to your wellbeing & should not be taken lightly.

The staff is super friendly. I never have to wait long. I went in for a check up and cleaning. The hygienist gives clear directions and is gentle. She was also very knowledgeable and took the time to go over ways I could better care for my teeth. Had a quick visit with the dentist who explained different options for care. Overall a pleasant experience, which most wouldn't correlate with going to the dentist, but they are fantastic.

Dr Guel and his staff are wonderful. I have been driving across town to see Dr Guel for almost 30 years...he did my daughters braces back in 2008 and they turned out beautiful.. I trust him with all my dental needs..I strongly recommend him..

My hygienist was new to me today. She was polite and had lots of conversation. She made the cleaning easy. Guel came in and examined me for 2.3 seconds. I’m not sure he did anything else other than check off a box. A nice greeting can go a long way.

Frustrating experience—unnecessary billing and poor scheduling I had a highly disappointing experience at this office on January 30th. Despite arriving on time for my scheduled dental cleaning, I was made to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I was finally seen, the hygienist informed me she was running behind. Instead of performing the cleaning I was scheduled for, she took X-rays and told me I would need to schedule two additional appointments to actually get my teeth cleaned. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the receptionist, I discovered: Unnecessary Procedures: They took X-rays that were not yet due; my current X-rays are valid until July. Wrongful Billing: Despite not receiving the service I came in for, the office insisted on charging me for these unnecessary X-rays. Poor Availability: After failing to do the work today, the earliest they could "reschedule" my cleaning was two months away in March. It feels like this office prioritizes billing for X-rays over providing the actual care recommended by the dentist. If you value your time and want a provider that sticks to their schedule and original treatment plan, I do not recommend this place.

My visit was great! Friendly staff and my Wife used to work for Dr. Guel, so i know he is a great Doctor from her. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Guel is amazing and his staff. The experience I had on my first visit was so welcoming which made it easy to trust and feel comfortable with Dr. Guel and his staff. Recently I had an emergency and Dr. Guel was able to accommodate and help me which is amazing! He walked me through every step of the way on the procedure done and he has such steady hands which made the whole experience even better. I HIGHLY recommend going to Dr. Guel and will be referring many to him!
