Always excellent customer service at City Dental. Was sad to see Dr Jack leave, but Dr Ekaterina Domazetovski has joined and the practice remains outstanding. The team is friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and modern, and appointments feel relaxed with no pressure at all. Really positive experience overall – highly recommend! Added bonus you can park in the same building (44 Market Street) for $25 up to 2 hours pretty good for Sydney CBD 😀

I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. As a Medibank card holder, I didn’t have to pay any gap for my check-up and clean, which was a pleasant surprise and made the visit even more worthwhile. Booking was very easy, and the clinic is in a convenient location, which makes it simple to fit appointments around work. Dr Rou was excellent. She was very patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the appointment. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well organised, and the staff are friendly and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and will definitely stay with Dr Rou for many years to come.

Dr Rou is just amazing. This review is specifically for her - I haven’t seen any other dentist since Dr Hutchinson left, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety around dental work, and she’s been so kind, gentle, and genuinely reassuring every time. She has this calm, friendly way of explaining things that makes everything feel so much less scary. She’s also super punctual - I’ve never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. She’s great with kids too.
