Yes! Let me start with that. I left my last dentist practice a few years ago bc they made making appointments absolutely impossible, and then stopped taking insurance all together. Had a crown situation today, was a new patient, and they got me in same day!!!! This was so refreshing and is almost unheard of now a days. The entire staff was so amazing, communicative and very clear about the situation and the cost. They helped me out at the end of the day, when I know they could have said no, which is so amazing. You have my business moving forward, and will be spreading the word. To more flex seal and documentary discussions in the future! Thanks team!

10/10! By far the best Dental office I have been to across the country! Probably due to the amazing Doctors and Staff! Very patient and kind all around. The office is very clean, professional, and transparent. Everyone working knows most humans loathe the dentist but they just make it fun, relatable, and smooth from start to finish. I would recommend City Roots to my family and friends!

My partner and I have been going to City Roots for many years and absolutely blown away by the quality of customer service every time we go in for standard cleanings to fillings to crowns, or whatever our needs are. Dr. Janda is fantastic and honest and fair, Annette is superb with customer service and communication and a special shout out to Natalia for being so great! She's so calm, has great energy and a wonderful personality, in addition, she does great work! I'm pretty sure no one really 'loves' going to the dentist, but as a necessary part of self care, the entire team at City Roots makes the process easy and comfortable. I very highly recommend!

I delayed going to the dentist for three years because, who wants to go to the dentist? City Roots makes going to the dentist almost enjoyable. Everyone is SO kind and funny. The providers take the time to let you know in detail what they need to accomplish for your visit and how they’re going to go about it. The best display of consensual and clear care I’ve ever seen. I got a filling today and the dentist said his number one goal was for me not to feel a thing. And I didn’t! I cannot compliment this dentist enough. I will be recommending them to everyone and finally won’t be putting off my dental care anymore. Thank you to the phenomenal team there!

City Roots sets the bar, not only for dentistry, but for businesses in general. I have been going to Dr Garrison, Dr Janda, and team for several years now and am always blown away by how caring, knowledgeable, and genuine they all are. Last month I was getting ready to leave the country for three weeks. Two days before I was set to leave, I started getting tooth pain. Dr. Janda didn’t hesitate to get me in the very next day. Today I got a cleaning and a childhood filling replaced. I never thought I’d say getting a filling replaced was a pleasant experience but it was! I truly didn’t feel a thing and the team is so skilled at making you feel comfortable. Thank you City Roots!

One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! The entire team here is amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. They always check in and make sure you are comfortable, warn you as they do anything, and are transparent with billing. I just had a filling appointment and I’ve literally never had a better experience, I didn’t feel a thing - not even the Novocain injection!
