My dental hygienist is great through and very nice. Dentist is also. Would recommend! Clean facilities, everything is new and updated. Also tvs on the ceiling is always nice lol

Great communication from the booking team with timely reminders via email and SMS for upcoming appointments. My dentist is great in explaining each step of procedure in an understandable way, and my dental hygienist did a gentle and thorough cleaning. UPDATE: it’s been at least 4 years since I came to this gem of a dental office. Service is consistently excellent!!

I do “NOT” recommend “City Square Dental Center.” The dental service is OK, but the office is a mess and it’s run by a mediocre/ confused manager. Despite confirming insurance coverage beforehand, they billed me later and sent another invoice. I asked multiple times, to confirm the service I was receiving, was totally covered by my insurance? they said YES! But two weeks later, they sent another invoice, citing the initial intake paperwork where I agreed to pay any charges afterward. “Be very careful with this scam, and what you sign there! 👎

The dentist did the tooth extraction for me so gently and I did not feel any pain. They really have good hands. Service is so good and staffs are all very friendly

I was experiencing sensitivity due to a pocket that was created when I had my wisdom teeth removed many years ago, and I was freaking out cause I thought I had a cavity or needed a root canal. I somehow managed to get a same day appointment on a Saturday and I filled out a form online after Bridgette emailed me promptly after our phone conversation. The form was thorough and I put in my insurance details. They even sent me an estimate for the service before I arrived. When I got there they took me in right away and the dental assistant Cres was thorough and took notes while asking me relevant questions. I was super nervous but when Dr Ryan Howarth came in he was super gentle on the area and he gave me a Rx for an antibacterial rinse for the pocket and also flushed that area with the same rinse in office. It immediately felt better and I was put at ease because I didn’t have a cavity or needed a root canal. Dr Howarth also answered some other questions I had regarding my permanent retainer. The whole process was so smooth, they built a great system from the front desk to the actual appointment. Note that this clinic is on the lower level of the mall, same level as the food court. My tooth is feeling so much better now after just 2 rinses of the antibacterial rinse. Pharmasave is 2 doors down so you can get your Rx filled right away. I am not sure exactly how long I have been going to City Square Dental Centre but I cannot believe that I have not yet left a review. DENTIST/HYGIENIST I have been seeing Dr. Lau for a long time and trust him implicity with my dental care. He never pushes dental work but he gently helps you prioritize what dental work should come next. He and his team work hard to make sure that my insurance is doing their part and lay out the cost for me before we start. He explains every step of the way and helps ease one's mind, if you have any dental fears. I will also throw out a shoutout for Jessie (sp?) my dental hygienist. Quick, thorough, very friendly and professional. RECEPTION The desk staff is friendly, my emails/calls are answered quickly, I get lots of reminders and they always find me a spot in an emergency. Someone else mentioned that they could not believe the amount of positive reviews. I find it hard to believe that there would be many/any negative reviews and I really wonder about those reviews. I am very picky about my medical professionals and their staff and I have always had ZERO complaints with this facility.
