Love the doctors and staff feels like family

August 2024, I went to Clear Choice in Decatur Ga. Paid $41,000 to have top and bottom implants. My right chin and bottom lip is still numb I wake up in the middle of the night with sharp pains in it. I lost 50% or more of my taste buds. I can only taste food when I'm swallowing not chewing. I can't even enjoy a simple meal now, some foods and drinksI can't taste it all. And I think it's getting worse. The surgeon that performed the surgery said that is probably permanent. I hate so so much that I paid to have this done. Without my taste buds I have to force myself to eat most of the time. It's so depressing.

I can’t say enough about the team at clear choice in Decatur! From my consultation with Cai, to meeting the rest of the team. Shonda, Shay, TT and Dr Luperon. It was a great experience and I’m glad I chose this location for such a life changing decision!! I highly recommend this location! This original post was in 2022 when I had my experience with clear choice Decatur. I have since referred 2 friends to clear choice and am still 100 percent satisfied with their work. Not 1 single issue in 4 years! My follow up appointments have been great and I’ve been treated the same as when I purchased the process.

The whole process was smooth They told me from the start what to expect and how everything would go and it went smoothly. I’m still in the healing phase, but so far I like it.

From my first visit the doctors and the staff were very professional, caring and friendly. I was embarrassed by the state of my mouth, but they made me feel comfortable. After surgery the first time seeing my implants, it warmth my heart and brought me to tears. Thank you Clear Choice for giving me my confidence back.

My experience with Clear Choice Denral of Decatur was absolutely fantastic. The service was spot on. The staff was always friendly. I would recommend this establishment to any one who needs help with their teeth. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their service.

To the entire Clear Choice Decatur team, Thank you for your the amazing work you have done from the removal of my teeth to the delivery of my 1st set of teeth. You have made me feel safe and comfortable during the entire process thus far. You are highly professional and thorough. My visits have been friendly, prompt, and efficient. My treatment plan was explained step by step. Time was allowed for me to ask questions before and after the procedure. This was very reassuring. Thanks to all of you for your care and support over the past few weeks. You are an exceptional team. These are my temporary teeth and they look great. I have a beautiful smile now. Your entire team being warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and the quality of care makes it easy for me to travel 113 miles there and 113 miles back home for my appointments.

Please do not patronize this location, I should have went to another location because when you deal with your own people you will receive unprofessionalism at every point. In specific a front desk receptionist named Katrina turned my son away for a consultation that was scheduled today at 2pm. My son called me to explain that his time was wasted. When I called to speak to a doctor or a supervisor of course Karrina states no one is able to speak to me or is available. Then who was supposed to see my son?! Black establishments never want you to speak to supervisors or people above them because they don't believe in customer service until their business is in shambles and on the brink of failure. All information was known to the staff at the Decatur center and the staff at the call center but y'all still gave my son an appointment to only turn him away wasting his time and gas money. But let someone miss an appointment y'all will cancel, charge or take a person's deposit. It's cool I will take my business elsewhere don't no why I trusted my people anyway, the first to do you dirty. Potential clients beware!!!!!

I have had an amazing experience coming to Clear Choice. My teeth look amazing, and the staff has been so professional as well as kind during each visit. They have really taken exceptional care of me throughout each process. I am so grateful to them for everything they have done for me. Its been an exceptional experience.

Disappointed in the service that I received here. This office is inconsiderate of peoples time and will have you waiting for an hour or more. Please make sure you have absolutely nothing to do for the day when booking this office. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty around waiting times and the time it takes for the actual consultation. Please choose another office and not this one. Fake pleasantry does not make up for poor time management! I hope Kai and the receptionist take this into account for future patients UPDATE Spoke with Kirsten, the office manager to tell her about my experience and she took zero accountability. Blamed the call center, blamed me for not being able to stay and wait an hour plus for her staff to see me. very deplorable Behavior. She is very argumentative and lacks basic customer service

Lord we thank you for the staff at clearchoice dental for all the hard work dedication and tender love & care. My husband just recently had his implant surgery and he’s doing amazing he said the work was comfortable fast and easy going. I wanna really just say thank yall so much for the job that was done. I really wanted to wait on this review so I can show photos of work but I promise to make this review asap. I will come back with update photos tho, thanks again. Mrs.Thomas💋
