Today I received care from Fernando and Dr Poe! They were absolutely amazing! The care was professional, and caring. I was informed of how I’m doing and possible future care needed. I’ve been coming to Clear Choice for almost 10 years and this is the absolute best care I’ve ever received! Please keep Dr.Poe and Fernando. The receptionist I think her name was Elisa ? She was great as well. Thank you to the entire team!

I had an appointment with had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional especially Jaylene. I felt heard and taken care of! I definitely recommend Dr. Heroth and the entire team!

I thought about waiting until everything was complete to write this review… but my enthusiasm got the best of me—I just couldn’t wait. I’ll be back with an update when the journey is finished! I’m usually the type to scroll right past ads on social media, but this time it felt like the tooth fairy herself was looking out for me. After my crown fell off mid-sandwich (and yes… it was my front tooth 😅), I opened Facebook just to catch up with friends—and there it was: ClearChoice, a little sign that appeared at exactly the right time. They truly defy the saying, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,” because they really are that good—and it’s absolutely true. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by *Mia*—so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful as she walked me through the paperwork. She set the tone right away: warm, welcoming, and reassuring. Next, I met *Akiba,* the practice consultant—and honestly, words don’t quite do her justice. Her knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism are exceptional, but what stood out most was something rare these days: genuine empathy. She immediately picked up on my nerves (because let’s be honest—who wouldn’t be anxious about three implants?!) and somehow managed to calm me down, even getting a few laughs out of me along the way. I never once felt rushed or pressured—just heard, understood, and cared for. Then came the prep—and can we talk about that 3D imaging tool? So cool. No old-school putty molds here! *Jaylene,* who performed the exam, was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. And then *Dr. Heroth*—truly exceptional. He took the time to walk me through everything with patience and clarity, leaving no stone unturned. His calm and confident approach made something that felt overwhelming suddenly feel manageable. Last but certainly not least, *Alyssa*, the office manager—professional, kind, and just lovely to interact with. I left the office that day feeling something I never thought I’d say about a dental procedure: I’m actually looking forward to this journey. For the first time in my many decades on this earth, what I expected to be a daunting experience instead feels like a hopeful one. That says everything about the "family" at ClearChoice. They haven’t just given me a treatment plan—they’ve given me confidence, reassurance, and something I didn’t expect to find in a dental office: peace of mind. Stay tuned for Part 2. Very Satisfied with my Annual Appointment 6/3/26 with Dental Technician Fernando He did a very thorough cleaning and follow up. We fly up to Chicago from New Orleans every year for the Annual cleaning & check up. Lived in chicago when had the implants placed. Salvador DiCrispino New Orleans

This was a process, took over two years to get an acceptable fit for the permanent prosthetic. The good news was the office continued to provide temporary sets striving to get a correct fit. This was costly to the provider but they did so without issue. Finally, we had a fit and the result is fantastic.

Dr. Heroth and Enida worked well together to get my teeth 😬 on point. My experience with CLEAR CHOICE has been amazing. Ana is amazing and she is the reason I made the choice to come to Clear Coice after 6 other dentist consultations. Even after reading some of the negative reviews about Clear Choice, I decided you can't please everybody. But I'm very pleased with CLEAR CHOICE.

Dr.Poe and Enida are just wonderful. They are patient and make me feel confidently happy with my implant. Everything is done very professionally . I’m very happy.

I had a wonderful experience at Clear Choice Chicago today because of employees Alyssa, Nicole and Doctor Harris, they all treated me with such respect and we’re so professional. I will gladly be back and would recommend highly to others.

I have been a patient of Clear Choice since 2016 and have received excellent treatment while being fitted with both upper and lower implants. Doctor Heroth, dental assistant Enida and the entire staff are simply the best.

I just had a recent visit with Clear Choice at 630 West Washington, Chicago, IL. I was under the excellent care of Dr. Heroth and his assistant Fernando. I was so comfortable, I almost fell asleep. Who does that in a dentist chair? 🤔 No pain. They communicated every touch to make sure we're okay. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for full implants, or partials. Please do not go to clearchoice. They are a ripoff the quality of care is horrible. I started my journey in march 2024 for an implant bridge I am still waiting. Kelly makes you feel like they take good care of you and that they have everything there . She never told the surgeon I needed a sedative for my procedure and the pain was excruciating. I cannot eat properly because they extracted my teeth several months ago. I am SO disappointed. I just want my money back and be done with them. They have stopped communicating.
