. • On January 19, 2026, I provided my insurance information before treatment. • The receptionist confirmed that my insurance would fully cover the cleaning and that I would not need to pay anything. • After X-rays were taken, I was informed that the cleaning would cost approximately $1,200. • I immediately declined the treatment and did not proceed with the cleaning. • The receptionist apologized for the mistake and clearly stated that I would not be charged for the X-rays. • About four months later, I received a bill for approximately $1,400. • When I called your office, I was again told that I did not need to pay the bill. • I later received a $104 charge through the Smile app, which I paid because it kept appearing as an outstanding balance

The experience I've had with clear choice was Awesome! They helped me thru the process w ease and understanding. I came in, got approved, and had a brand new smile within a week!! I had a very good consultation wit clear Choice. The office building is impressive and clean and the staff very helpful and courteous. The doctor was very informative and pleasant. I've had consultations from 3 other places but I chose this office immediately to do my full mouth implant. Just had the feeling that I would be in good hands here.

I went in for my free consultation fully prepared. I had already reviewed all the details on their website and arrived early, knowing the office was located inside the hospital building—requiring parking in the garage and crossing the skywalk to reach the 20th floor. When I arrived, a receptionist began going over the same information I had already read. I politely acknowledged that I understood and had come prepared, but she continued repeating it anyway. Then, before anyone had even examined me—no X-rays or evaluation—the price was quoted at $16,000. At that point, I decided to leave. The whole interaction felt dismissive, almost as if they were trying to talk me out of being there. It definitely didn’t leave a good impression. Today I received an email that read, “Hi, we were hoping to meet you… your new dental implants are an investment, we can help…” followed by a note about discussing affordable financing options with me. I had financing already approved before I even arrived for that appointment. Honestly, it felt ironic considering no one ever actually saw me. The public image of this practice seems great, but my firsthand experience was completely different. I was very disappointed and do not recommend this office
