About ClearChoice Dental Implant Center - Philadelphia

Fort Washington Office Park is an unusual setting for dental care, all low glass buildings off the Route 309 corridor near the Turnpike interchange, but the format suits what happens inside. Patients here are overwhelmingly adults facing full-arch decisions: failing bridgework, teeth loosened by long-running periodontal disease, or years spent with a denture that never fit. Many arrive on a referral from their own general dentist once the remaining teeth are no longer restorable, and they drive in from Montgomery and Bucks counties and from northern Philadelphia because the entire course of treatment sits under one roof instead of spread across three offices.

The team structure is the substantive difference. Dr. Montry Suprono, a prosthodontist board-certified through the American Board of Prosthodontics, plans the final teeth. Dr. Sejin Bae, a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and several additional oral surgeons handle placement, while Dr. Regina Vayner covers the periodontal side. An on-site laboratory means the prosthesis is fabricated in the same building where the surgery happens.

Bone grafting deserves explaining, because it is the step that surprises people at consultation. When a tooth is lost, the bone that once held it begins to resorb, sometimes enough that there is no longer a solid anchor for an implant. A graft rebuilds that volume: donor or synthetic bone material is packed into the deficient site and covered, and over several months your own bone grows into and replaces the scaffold. In the upper back jaw the sinus floor often has to be lifted to create the height. Grafting adds months and cost to a case, and whether you need it is a question the CT scan answers rather than the phone call.

Many patients qualify for a provisional set of teeth on the same day as surgery, with the final restoration following after healing. The center does not bill insurance directly; you receive a single all-inclusive invoice you can submit yourself, and third-party financing is arranged on site. Hours start early, from 7:30am Monday through Thursday with Friday mornings ending at 11:30, which helps if you want surgery before a workday or ahead of a long recovery weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who actually treats me at the Fort Washington center?
More than one clinician. Dr. Montry Suprono, board-certified through the American Board of Prosthodontics, designs and fits the replacement teeth. Placement is handled by oral surgeons including Dr. Sejin Bae, a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Dr. Regina Vayner covers the periodontal side. The laboratory sits in the same building, so surgical and prosthetic decisions are made by people working within a few doors of each other.
Why might I need a bone graft before implants?
Bone that once held a tooth starts to shrink after the tooth is gone, and after several years there may not be enough height or width left to anchor an implant. A graft packs donor or synthetic material into the deficient area so your own bone can grow into it over several months. In the upper back jaw the sinus floor is often lifted to create height. A CT scan, not a phone estimate, determines whether you need one.
How does payment work if the center does not bill my insurance?
You are given a single all-inclusive invoice for the treatment rather than a series of coded claims, and you can submit that yourself for whatever out-of-network reimbursement your plan allows. Third-party financing is arranged through the center for patients spreading the cost. Because full-arch treatment is one large expense, ask for the written figure at consultation and check what it includes before comparing it against quotes structured per component.

Great dentists and hygienists and all staff were great. My smile is excellent now. It was a long wait to get the teeth, but the results were worth the wait. Also, getting the temporary plate was also very good.

OK so I had my consultation yesterday and The staff was great the office is beautiful however they make it seem like anybody can afford this and that is not the case! U need to have a 800 credit score. But they use average everyday people for the adds. Me forgetting that they do those in exchange for promo it tricked me into thinking that I too could afford having a smile. I'm not gonna lie I am more depressed now then before I went in. I was asked to come up with 28 thousand cash money and that was a deal for the average set of teeth I have just been crying and sad every since the appointment just knowing I will be this way for the rest of my life. But anyway don't do what I did don't set yourself up before u go there make sure u have atleast 28 thousand or a 800 credit score.

My experience here was truly amazing from beginning to end. If you’re thinking about doing something for yourself, I encourage you to choose yourself first. If you’re not happy with your teeth and you’ve been dreaming of having a beautiful smile, don’t wait—come here. It will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make. I want to give a special thank you to Aveny, Krista, John, and Dr. Hash. Each of them played an important role in my journey. They were kind, patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They didn’t just give me a beautiful smile—they also taught me how to properly care for my teeth and maintain my oral health for years to come. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. I would choose this team again without hesitation. Thank you for giving me not only a beautiful smile, but also renewed confidence. I am beyond grateful and highly recommend this office to anyone looking to transform their

Nice staff. Worked well with me when I had to take some time between temporary and permanently because of my own schedule. They’re kind of tucked away and hard to find but once you got there, you’re always greeted so nicely and they explain things every step of the way. Had to go through pain that was innecessary after surgery because pain meds didn’t work for me. It had to be changed and it was several days before I had anything else to take. I think because it was a weekend I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a smile they can be proud of

From the minute you are greeted at the front desk till the time you leave, everyone is curtious, friendly and very professional. The actually make seeing the dentist a pleasure. And for the first time in years, I am excited and confident to show my smile.
