Dr Ponce and staff took me in on an urgent case when they were booked solid. He worked through his lunch several times to work on me as did his assistants. They truly treat you like family, the atmosphere is happy and friendly where everyone has a big ole smile to great you and their work ethic and knowledge is impeccable. Dr Ponce is such a lovely man who truly cares about his patients. He is a great dentist his dentistry is top notch. Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Ponce.. I truly can not thank you enough❣️

I had an amazing experience at Clear Water Family Dental yesterday! I went in for a top and bottom cleaning, and she did an absolutely incredible job. This is hands down the most family-friendly dental office I’ve ever been to. There was zero waiting—they are so accurate with their appointment times that it’s a quick and smooth in-and-out experience. On top of that, the front desk goes completely above and beyond with scheduling and calling to remind you of your visit. If you're looking for a great dentist, this is definitely the place to go!

Dr Ponce and staff have always displayed a high degree of professionalism and caring throughout my long association with "Clearwater Family Dental " . It is obvious to me that Dr Ponce takes great pride ( justifiably ) in his work and successfully combines his considerable skills with the very latest technologies in dentistry Just recently I had an issue with a cracked front tooth. It was repaired expeditiously and so artfully that my tongue ( the ultimate arbiter ) took one touch at repair site and thought to itself " now that's just perfect " and never checked in again !. It doesn't get any better than that . It's also good that he ends each session with the acknowledgment, that should I have any problems going forward, then I should call office and they will get the issue seen to asap. All of the supporting staff exhibit a high degree of professionalism and caring as well, which lends a benign holistic element to a " visit to the dentist" . Such a welcome improvement to visits of bygone years .

Let me start by stating clearly, I am no fan of dentist visits however Clearwater Family Dental has quickly caused me to have a change of heart. Since my first visit to the office in 2025, I have been treated with great care and professionalism, from the front desk to Dr. Ponce and everyone in between. On my last visit I received a filling, which in my 59 years, was the best (if there is such a thing :)) dental experience ever. I received a needle or two, so I was told because I did not feel a thing. my tooth was treated and the entire job completed without so much as a pinch. No pain whatsoever, no discomfort, no swelling and no numbness afterwards. I still can hardly believe it, if I wasn't shown before and after pictures I would have argued that the work wasn't done. Wonderful experience, great staff and a great visit. I still don't care for dental visits but this place has won me over and I won't fear the trip there any more. I had a wonderful experience with Melissa, the dental hygienist at Clearwater Family Dental. She is incredibly dedicated, does an excellent job, and is extremely caring with her patients. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend her — 100%!
