Let me just say that Dr Tom Underwood is the best dentist I have ever known….in fact, he’s the only dentist I have ever known. He’s been taking care of my dental needs since I was a baby….and I am 84 years old now. So a gigantic thank you for your professional talent and keen sense of humor that you have shown thru your remarkable career.
I was in need of a new dentist so I googled several and read the reviews online and decided to go with Dr. Clint Newman. I called and they me an appoinment within days. The office was very clean and professional. My appointment was at 9 AM and as soon as I checked in they were calling me back to be seen. Dr. Newman was very thorough and explained in detail my options. He gave his honest and professional opinion. My temporary crown looks 10 times better than my previous permanent crown that was done by another dentist. I am highly impresssed thus far with my treatment plan!

I went to Clint Newman for porcelain veneers. Horrible mistake. They look absolutely nothing like the temporary set that he originally placed me in. Not even close. I was completely shocked and disappointed that after paying $27,000 in full for veneers, they turned out nothing like they were supposed to. Not to mention, he was extremely disrespectful and rude to me throughout this process. He lacks skill and respect, and has a horrible bedside manner. I am not sure where his arrogance came from, because he is a subpar cosmetic dentist at best. There is truly not one positive thing I can say about my terrible experience with him. The pictures speak for themselves. * Your reply to my review should tell people everything they need to know about how you treat patients. Please see the screenshot of my text to you from January 19, 2023 stating how unhappy I was with how they turned out. So saying I left happy is absolutely not true. Why would a happy patient cry the entire way back to Knoxville? It’s also comical you said I needed money. I paid $27,000 in full before my procedure, but I “need” money. Another untrue statement. You’re not able to defend your work because the photos clearly show what a horrible job you did. So instead you deflect by trying to cut down my character, which is beyond unprofessional. Any patient looking for a cosmetic dentist should RUN the other direction.
