Too good experience doctor very friendly totally worth it

Today I visited clove Dental Hegde Nagar for a tooth filling in my molar which had come off, i was advised to do Pulp Capping Procedure. I had an excellent experience with Dr Pooja who was professional, kind, respectful & very understanding. She did a quick job & worked with excellence. She explained everything that was done very well. Keep up the good work & wishing her the best in future. Thank you Dr.Pooja and the team. I had appointment today in this Clove branch at 5pm. I was there by 5pm. They just made me keep waiting without saying when I will be called inside. There is no receptionist as well. One nurse came and said at 5.20 that I will be called in 5 minutes. And then nothing. I waited till 5.50 and asked again if I will be called or not. Again one more nurse said they are cleaning and then they will call me.. again nothing. It felt like, they think we are sitting without any work. If it is going to take time, then inform before hand that at least it will take 1 hour. We will come back after 1 hour. Dont take us for granted. I will never go to Clove again. There are many dental clinics in this area. Just because of the brand I went, but they dont live up to it. Full stop.

Treatment is ok ok and costly.... but there is an issue with the documents needed for the insurance claim. The Clove doctors are not cooperating: they are not providing the required documents, and when I call them, they do not pick up the phone or reply to my WhatsApp messages. Rate is for End-to-End service not just for treatment because its a business chain...

We visited Clove Dental for my daughter’s cavity treatment, and it was a really positive experience. Dr. Gauthami first took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, which made a big difference. She clearly explained the procedure beforehand and was very gentle and reassuring throughout. Even during the treatment, she kept checking to ensure my child was comfortable.

Very poor service. Dr Goutami , the rude dentist does not know how to behave . If you ask something, , she will raise her voice and tries to justify that she is the only right person on earth. She is charging 590/- as consultation fees but asking me whether I need medications or not. One suggestion to Management, clove dental: Train her to be humble.

I visited Clove Dental Clinic this morning with my mother, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The duty doctor, Dr. Gautami, was extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy while dealing with us. As patients, especially when accompanying an elderly parent, we expect a minimum level of empathy and respectful communication, which was completely missing during our visit. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better patient handling and communication in the future.

I recently visited Clove Dental in Hegde Nagar, Bangalore; however, my experience was not good. I had a toothache, and even after a 2D X-ray (which cost ₹900, including the consultation fee), they were unable to identify the problem. I was then advised to undergo a 3D X-ray costing ₹1,500 - 2000, which I chose not to do. Therefore, I would not recommend this clinic. I later visited another local clinic, where the issue was identified and treated successfully.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic, and I can’t recommend Dr. Oshin and Dr. Gauthami enough. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Both doctors are incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely attentive to their patients. They took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. What really stood out was their calm demeanor and positive energy—it truly makes a difference in a clinical setting. Best clove branch ever!
