Best orthodontist team ever! From the front desk to the assistants, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. Ale takes the best X-rays and always makes the process feel easy and comfortable. Eddie is amazing at teaching my brothers helpful techniques to keep their teeth clean with braces, he’s patient and explains everything so well. Dr. Lautt is truly one of the greatest orthodontists. He always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and genuinely cares about his patients. I love that he remembers our past conversations, it makes every visit feel personal and special. Dr. Lautt and his entire team create such a positive, supportive environment. I highly recommend this office!

Both my daughter and myself are in treatment. My daughter loves coming to this office. She loves the video game area, the contests and the seasonal decorations. They really go all out. All the assistants are very warm and welcoming, my daughter's favorite is Bernie. Very attentive and very patient while my daughter tries to make the most important decision of her life... What colors to pick for her braces. Very pleased with the service here.

All three of our kids have received excellent care at Coastal Orthodontic Care. The office is very clean and runs highly efficient, never much of a wait time. All of the staff is friendly and caring. Dr Lautt has exceeded our expectations in correcting dental issues with our sons teeth and we are also very happy with the results of both of our daughter’s smiles. We are nearing the end of "phase 1" of my 9 year old's braces journey, and we have been happy with Coastal these 17 months. When we initially were learning about what has changed in orthodontist care (when I was a kid we waited til high school), we chose Coastal due to their willingness to answer our questions thoroughly and respectfully. The office space itself is happy and welcoming due to its natural lighting and positive attitude of the front desk staff. The front desk is always very responsive and accommodating, oftentimes helping us out with semi-emergency appts when necessary. Every single tech we have met has been very friendly and competent. Dr Lautt is an attentive and easy-going professional who can make an otherwise nervous kid feel comfortable. I recommend this office to everyone who asks.
