This is by far the best dental office I’ve been to. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making your experience a positive one. They always make me feel comfortable, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. The office is spotless, appointments are on time, and the team does an amazing job explaining everything before getting started. It’s clear they care about both the quality of their work and their patients. Going to the dentist isn’t usually something people look forward to, but this office makes it as stress-free as possible. I always leave feeling well taken care of, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I booked an appointment here for a simple cleaning. I came in, sat in the lobby for an hour and a half and nothing. No staff came to ask why I’ve waited as long as I did after checking in. They told me something about how they didn’t put the chart in the back. So I rescheduled my cleaning but under their instruction they told me to take X-rays so next time I come in for the cleaning they can do it right away. The next week I came in, on the time they gave me, checked in, they seated me, then told me the dentist was running late… 45 minutes later she walks win and starts doing a new patient exam, telling me I had to do this that and this and it’s only going to cost a few grand with their magical 30% off coupon. Then they all said, great when would you like to come back. I said what about my cleaning, they told me oh you came in for a new patient exam. When I explained to them I came in for a cleaning twice and neither time they did it, the lady told me “ I just work here sir I don’t know why you didn’t get what you scheduled for” I said mam I don’t mean to be rude but you guys scheduled me for a cleaning and now are telling me you didn’t? She replied with “so do you want to book with us or not” and at that point I just walked out and she said “ok great” If you want complete lack of any semblance of integrity, go here. We have had an excellent experience with College Dental Group and Orthodontics. They did a fantastic job with my older son's braces treatment, and now we have started braces for my youngest son. He is so excited about his new smile and looks forward to every visit. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always takes the time to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable, and they offer a variety of payment plans and payment options that make orthodontic treatment affordable for families. We are very happy with the care we have received and highly recommend College Dental Group and Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.

Just left establishment very disappointed. I had scheduled an appt as new patient on their website on 06/04/2026 for 06/05/2026 0930am. Everything was confirmed via MyChart/Epic app. I arrived today 06/05/2026 0900am, assuming I would have to fill out papers. Only to be greeted by "we were supposed to call you to reschedule because the dentist called out". So no employee there looks at the daily scheduler and prep upcoming appts? Mind their business opens at 0800am. Staff usually arrive before the business hours to prep. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My recent experience at this dental office was frustrating and confusing. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early but ended up waiting 30. The office felt dated, had an unpleasant smell, and some areas were poorly maintained—like side tables near the X-ray machine with tops hanging off. Staff also left a computer open and unattended. During my cleaning, I mentioned a chipped tooth from a recent tongue piercing. Despite confirming the correct tooth twice, the dentist filled the wrong one. Then she insisted the tooth she filled had a filling fall out, even though the only reason a filling was mentioned was because I was experiencing discomfort from the chipped tooth. I was not heard or validated at all. That said, the hygienist was detailed, professional, and genuinely nice, which was the only positive aspect of the visit. Overall, unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive, but the hygienist was excellent.

First time going to this office. I checked in 20 min before my appointment. An hour later, 40 min after my appointment time. Durning the only break from work I get today. I go up to the desk and ask about my appointment, keep in mind I’m the only one sitting in the waiting room for the last 20 min, and no one even checked in with me. They told me I had paperwork I needed to fill out. I politely declined and will be finding a new office. 0/10 won’t be back

My experience was fine. All went well. Recuperating. Surprised about payment being a bit more. That happens and she explained it was busy. I've noticed communication on the pH and returning call back are stressed? You are doing good job though. Thank you Janet

Great office staff and Dr Castro is an excellent dentist. My only complaint is the long wait prior to be calling back. I generally wait 20 to 30 minutes after my appt. However the cleaning appts you seem to get called back quicker and Shekeba is a fantastic hygenist.

My experience with this office has been consistently terrible. Today was the final straw. Every time I come in, they overlap appointments, which means patients sit and wait for hours. When I scheduled this appointment, I told the staff about my past experiences and asked that my appointment be respected. I arrived ten minutes early. Even then, they gave my time slot to someone else while I was literally in the office. What made the situation worse was the response from Dr. Mehmood Manji. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, he told me that the hygienist was busy and that if I keep having these experiences, maybe I should not come here anymore. This is coming from one of their lead doctors. Instead of addressing the issue, he dismissed it. Not only that, this office seems motivated primarily by money. There is always a sales pitch during every visit. For example, during my last appointment they told me I needed two crowns. Today, the doctor said I did not actually need them and that they should not have been recommended in the first place. That confirmed everything I suspected about the way this office operates. I do want to acknowledge that the lady who did my X rays today was very kind, understanding, and genuinely tried to help with the situation. I am thankful for her professionalism and the way she treated me. However, one kind staff member does not make up for years of inconsistent care, long waits, and dismissive treatment from the doctor. If you are considering this office for your dental care, well, I would strongly think twice. After today, I will not be returning.
