It’s been a while since I’ve visited the dentist. The dr at this practice is thorough in his explanation. Usually other dentists would try to push unnecessary procedures but this place is legit! They are also very friendly on top of that…

This place takes you for everything you have. I went because I heard good things and then I went through with a very expensive procedure LANAP. After paying off my 8,000 for LANAP and a year membership to be able to do check ins on my LANAP and healing, I was told I had an appointment Monday for a check up and to see how it was going. But my membership had expired and they wanted me to pay another 600 dollars to them to get checked up on and see how the healing was going. This place is a scam. Aren’t helpful and try to take people for everything they have. I did have to move around some appointments due to work, but I scheduled one in the time frame and one of the receptionist forgot to put it in the schedule and it became booked which then later pushed me out of my “year subscription”. Don’t you think if you pay 8,000 dollars you should be able to finish the check ups? Just insane. This place is a scam and just very poorly ran. Do not recommend.

After 20+ years of using night guards, CAD made the best-fitting one ever for me! Excellent practice and an amazing staff.

Top notch, easy to talk too and i like to tease them about being my favorite torture resort. It’s a friendly atmosphere and i would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

DECEPTIVE BILLING AND RUDE STAFF – BEWARE If you use this office, keep EVERY piece of documentation and get all terms in writing, as they may try to rewrite your contract terms after the fact. I signed up for a membership plan with a 30-day cancellation guarantee. When I cancelled within the first week, the office attempted to backtrack and claim I was locked into a 'one-year commitment' for hundreds of dollars, despite having a written confirmation of my cancellation. There was back and forth for a few weeks (all their responses were unhelpful.) It was only after I sent a formal notice citing Colorado Consumer Protection laws and intent to file with the Attorney General that they suddenly 'decided to honor' their own policy. The stress and unprofessionalism I experienced were unacceptable, for example at one point I was told- “You can use any dentist you want and we will send them your records, no problem.” (they don’t perform extractions and that was part of the care plan Dr. Whatcott designed for me). I called them 5 minutes later and was rudely told, “You have to sign a waiver and pay a $99 fee, because you are trying to switch dentists.” I was trying to follow Dr. Whatcott’s care plan and their “advice”. I had no intention of “switching dentists” (until that moment, ironically)- It wasn’t fun being gas-lit.

Absolutely amazing experience Ive had with this Dentist office , every appointment I've had went very well . Dr Mark does great work and I highly recommend this Dentist. The staff are always so friendly and make you feel good and relaxed. Im so much happier with my smile and my teeth are so healthy. I look forward to coming back on routine cleanings and referring my friends and family here

Dr Whatcott was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. I usually feel a lot of anxiety when I go to the dentist. But I felt very comfortable with my first visit. I feel comfortable returning for my second and look forward to the options given to me.

All the staff are so caring and kind. My 8 year old daughter had a great experience. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication.
