Columbia Center for Implants & Periodontics - Sanju Jose, DDS, MDS

I would not recommend this practice. My care was satisfactory for the molar extraction and implant, March - July, 2025. I was told all was healed and to see my regular dentist for crown measurement in December, 2025. My dentist, after taking an x-ray, informed me that the implant had failed, most likely early on. My dentist and I have requested my records from this office - via email, verbally in person, voicemail and certified mail. Zero response. I returned for assessment in February 2026. X-rays and a CT scan were done. The doctor was abrupt, did not share image results, gave no explanation and stated that an exploratory procedure was needed. I requested a cost estimate for the exploratory procedure, as insurance will not cover a redo. Again, no response. I realize that implants can fail, but such unprofessional behavior is not acceptable.

I need to recommend the Columbia Center for Implants and Periodontics. I knew I wanted to get implants and researched and interviewed with many. After I interviewed with the Columbia Center for Implants and Periodontics, I was convinced this was the place to go. Their knowledge, time spent to explain and time for questions was impressive. Then I asked their prices and was convinced this was it! I couldn’t beat their price. Dr. Jose is absolutely amazing, he is so knowledgeable and does great work. You know you are in good hands. Every staff member is exceptional! Clearly, I cannot say enough about this practice! Highly recommend!!

Hands down best place in the world to go for implants and All on X implant surgeries. Genuine people working hard and using the best technologies available.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Jose and the entire team. I was very anxious about dental implants, but the option of IV sedation made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The sedation was smooth and effective—I honestly don’t remember the procedure itself, but I woke up feeling calm and pain-free. Dr. Jose explained everything clearly beforehand, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely safe. My recovery was quicker than I expected, and I am excited to see the final results in a few short months. If you are nervous about dental surgery or implants, I highly recommend Dr. Jose. Their skill, compassion, and use of IV sedation truly set them apart. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had, and I’m so grateful for the entire team.

I was referred here by my dentist for needing a tooth extraction and implant due to infection. Overall, I had a great experience. The facility is modern and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. My first appointment was a consultation that included a CT scan not covered by my insurance, and they made sure I was informed about it. They ran everything through my insurance provider and provided an itemized estimate for the entire procedure in the same appointment. I really appreciate their transparency on the cost of the procedure. Dr.Jose had a great sense of humor and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the surgery. The procedure itself was quick and went smoothly. I would definitely come back if I need anything in the future (but hopefully not), and would highly recommend!

Getting my full dental implants with Dr. Jose and his team was the best decision I’ve ever made. I no longer worry about tooth or breaking teeth when I eat. The state of the art technology they use ensured my implants look completely natural. If you have thought about having implants done, wether it’s one, or an entire set, this is the place to go!

Dr. Jose is simply the best. He is honest and reasonable … Two qualities you would want from any and every care provider. His standards are extremely high and he backs his skills and years of experience. If he or the patient is not satisfied with the result, then he is willing to correct any issue within reason. Not to mention, his personality lights up the room and makes the operation sessions go by quick and with ease. Strongly recommended!!
