TERRIBLE never ever ever ever ever answer the phone, bad communication, do not go here!!

I'm not a patient at this clinic, but I've tried several times to make an appointment for my husband. Their service is terrible; they leave him waiting and then hang up. 😫😢

Everyone are very and patient to your need.

There was a bit of a wait, as all doctors offices have, but all of the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Once I checked in, everything was very smooth/efficient. I was seen for my physical, quickly got a vaccine, and got my lab work done in about 20 minutes

Waited a YEAR to have my dental appointment moved back THREE TIMES… day of the appointment there’s a “FIRE DRILL”… MIDWAY THROUGH the procedure… NO ONE answers the phone…. EVEERR… this place is a JOKE, shut it down…

The customer service at this place is terrible. My father has been seen here twice, and every time I need to make him an appointment, it’s an absolute nightmare. They don’t answer the phone, and when they do, they hang up on you immediately. They don’t even introduce themselves, they barely ask why you’re calling, and they interrupt you while you speak. I have never received such treatment at any other medical center. If it weren’t for the fact that my father has already been treated at this clinic, and because it’s so hard to get appointments for new patients elsewhere, I would have switched by now. I would not recommend anyone to come to this awful place.

Honestly . With all the negative reviews I was expecting to have a not so good experience, it was the opposite. I had a great visit. I did a walk in @ 9:20 am and was out by 12 noon. Not that bad. The doctor was a white male and he was attentive , and I’m a black woman so healthcare is already scarce for us. He actually listened to my request. I got labs done , a Pap smear right on the spot .

I called 4x, they never answered the phone and when they eventually did they just immediately hung up, so I couldn’t speak to anyone or leave a message. They didn’t even bother to say hello and put me on hold. They just hung up. I see a bunch of other reviews that say the same, so I guess that’s just how they operate?

Horrrible staff. Receptionist will put you on hold for a long time. Short staff they said. Well, in a medical field, if you do not have the staff to help the numeous calls, then shut the place down. It is unacceptable. To followup with the case manager is a joke. Rep will not listen. They talk over you. This place is more about how to put patients on hold until they get tired. This clinic should be called ""COLUMBIA ROAD CALL CENTER."
