Comfort Dental Coronado

Dr. Milk urn is the best! I like comfort dental because they provide free treatment one day a year on Christmas but I had a terrible experience at the Brentwood Hills location. They neglected to notice a cavity forming a year ago and six months later they only scheduled me for a cleaning when I asked for a checkup. They claimed not to see any cavities 6 months ago but when I went back to Coronado for my checkup I had three cavities and a fractured molar! Dr. Millburn gave me a root canal and a crown and I can’t remember why I was scared of root canals in the first place now.

This has been the best dental experience I have ever had in Albuquerque. The dentist, Dr. Mike, is kind, caring, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel better. He is also willing to work with you on the price of things which is totally amazing. I had my teeth cleaned by Jake. It was the best cleaning I have ever had in Albuquerque. He is extremely gentle and thorough, and fast. Also it is very easy to get an appointment within a few days instead of a few weeks or months like some places. They also have a walk-in clinic in the evenings if you can't wait. The office staff are all very efficient and nice So glad I have found this place. I would really recommend it to anyone

Have some damage to my inner cheek after waiting 21:2 hours for a temporary crown that didn’t fit perfectly but I couldn’t stand being there any longer. I will search for a more gentle dentist with better prices!!!

Dr. Millburn was very efficient and quick on removing my son, Santos tooth, with little to no pain in less than 10 minutes.

First experience with this location for myself and it was a complete failure. The lady at the front desk was awesome but I was told my appointment was at 11am got there at 10:45am just to wait over an hour and never be seen. Decided that enough was enough and walked out . I wasn't the only new patient and everyone was getting called to the back except me . Honestly a waste of time.

I made an appointment on Tuesday and my appointment was set for Wednesday. I didn't have to wait along time. Everyone was very nice. My experience going to the Dental comfort is effortless.. im always happy with the service I get there.

The dental assistant was kind, friendly, and efficient. The dentist responded well when I let him know I wasn't completely numb, and the procedure went very smoothly. I recommend the skill and kindness of all the people in this office.

My 6-month cleaning and exam went smoothly today thanks to online patient data completion, scheduling, appointment confirmation. Wait time is less than 5 minutes, procedure was less than 30 minutes & out the door. Staff and Dr are friendly, professional and efficient.

Well organized for as busy as they were. Hygienist was very nice and did thorough work. Dr. Horton had good suggestions as to future treatment and was a pleasant person.

I had an appointment mid February about tremendous tooth pain. After an exam I was told I needed a root canal and a cap. But they could not do it till they got a hold of my insurance and my insurance approved it. Four days later, my insurance approved it. I called comfort dental and they said they had still not received the approval. My insurance has assured me that they had sent the approval out. I asked Comfort dental if they could give me Something for the tremendous pain till they could get the approval. They assured me that the doctor would call me back as soon as possible and call a prescription in. I received no callback from them whatsoever. After talking to my insurance today, they did a call to comfort dental who said yes they had received the approval on 23 of February. Today is 4 March. And comfort dental never called me to tell me they had received it. And I called daily. only to tell me they have not received it. Now before going to a trip I made an appointment for tomorrow to have the procedure done. I will never go back to this place, but I have no choice because I am in such pain in my tooth. Thumbs down to this place.

I went here for a cleaning 6 months ago. The dentist was busy and did not clean my teeth. I was then charged for the cleaning anyway. When I got the bill, I contacted billing, who said they would look into it and get back to me. They called the following day to confirm that my bill was a mistake and that I did not receive the cleaning. Today, I received notice that this was not true and my bill was past due. Will definitely be using the Brentwood Hills location instead moving forward, they're great!
