I've been seen by multiple different dentists and dental assistants and they're all always so polite and friendly. They do a very thorough job with no discomfort. They make what can be a very nerve wracking and anxiety inducing situation into a light and pleasant experience. I recommend them to anyone that needs any dental work. My husband broke his tooth on Thanksgiving last year and they were able to see him the next day with no appointment and extracted the tooth same day. He was very anxious but they made the process extremely quick and painless for him!

It was a great experience! Despite really liking my local dentist, she was not available when I broke my tooth and the filling came out. I took the chance to walk in, they took care of me with a root canal and crown, on the spot! 4.5 hours later, no aching next day. I highly recommend them!

I am a new patient to Comfort Dental-Cottonwood and was pleased with Crystal’s attention while taking the X-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lighthall was thorough in completing the cleaning process. We had a quick chat while he initially went over my new patient forms; he’s all business but very nice! Thank you for checking my teeth; a 6 months check up is so important!

While my care is great, I noticed some privacy issues- the main receptionist was having a conversation across the waiting room. Never verify a patients insurance across the room (Rochelle has Medicaid) . And qhule I get turnover is a thing, not returning a bulling phone call after threatening to send someone to collections just isn't OK. The staff is very nice- everyone is. And my care is great- just fine tune your office procedures...

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they always take very good care of me and my teeth. Dr. Bo is awesome, knowledgeable, and chill so you feel right at ease. At the time of writing this, I’ve just finished up a unique appointment. It was a regular cleaning, but the hygienist, Jeannette (apologies if I misspelled your name!), was exceptional. In my life, I’ve always been encouraged to floss more, but she took time to explain the process to me, what happens when I do and don’t floss, and even how to floss properly. I’ve been to many dentists, even in different countries, and no one has ever taken the time to do that for me. So to her I say thank you for doing that for me. You cared enough to teach me, so I promise I’ll floss regularly and build the habit!
