Clean office with friendly and professional staff. Dentist thoroughly explained options, made sure I was comfortable, and executed the procedure with competence.

I’m so happy with the care I received. The team was professional, kind and fun -they put me at ease right away. The waiting room and patient care areas were clean and organized. Honestly -a great experience.

Dr. Bonati took great care of me! I was nervous about going and he reassured me the entire way. The front desk staff were really nice and helped out a bunch. This was a great place to get my teeth taken care of!

Dr. Bonati did a wonderful job taking care of me and my teeth. He took the time to actually listen to what I was hoping to get done and all of my concerns about it! My filling ended up being a little wonky and he fixed it immediately! And all of the ladies that work at the front desk are just awesome as well! Overall I had a pleasant experience!

I highly recommend this office. Starting from the front staff all friendly, beautiful, and very welcoming. Dr. Sophie did my cleaning and she was very gentle and polite. The assistant as well they explained me what will they will be doing gentle with the X-rays. I will be coming back again! I can’t put more then 5 stars but I give this office more then 10 stars!!!! ☺️

I had an appointment at this clinic at 8 AM today this morning. I arrived early. I provided all the insurance information to the front desk young girl is there initially I provided the wrong information and then I provided the correct information when I mentioned to her that when she call the insurance company she needed to give my wife’s Social Security number because we are not given a member ID number from the bar beginning when I arrive I felt a very bad vibe from the front desk, young girl and unfortunately, when you give me that energy, I will give it right back to you. She said she tried to call the insurance company she couldn’t they couldn’t find us and so they never saw me. She also asked me to call the previous dental clinic where I went to to try and find out if they had my information or at least know what the group ID was. She said when she called the old clinic that they couldn’t find me so I spent a whole hour outside in the lobby, waiting for them to take care of me and they never did in my opinion is very bad service in very bad communication. The young lady says she called these two places and couldn’t verify my insurance as I left the clinic. I call myself within five minutes. I call Aetna who is my insure they found me right away. I also called the old dental clinic. They also found me right away so I don’t know what the problem is very bad service at this place I was gonna start going there. My wife is gonna start going in. My daughter. Was gonna start going there now that clinic lost three patients or potential patients at a bad service from the front desk specifically the Jun Landing girl that’s in Front not because she’s Latin not because of any of that but she has that Customer Service skills

Every procedure is consistently comfortable and virtually painless, with truly beautiful results. They were able to do a root canal and temporary crown on a tooth that UC Dental school refused to do for me on an emergency visit same day. I was in and out in less than 2 hours from start to finish great service all around

I have never had such of a positive experience than today , the nurses or dental assistants were very polite and helpful and the Dentist himself was amazing ! He extracted one of my teeth and I didn't even feel it and, it was over before I knew it, I was literally surprised how easy and fast it went today . I recommend this dentist to everyone who needs work done. Hats off to comfort dental!
