Everyone was so friendly and nice

Good place, there was nice people and treated everyone with a welcoming attitude

My child saw Dr.Doug today on an emergency. He tended to her was kindness, addressed her concerns, was very thorough and gentle. We appreciate the immediacy and care of the dr and team.

Dr. Mark was wonderful with my mom, Esther. The office staff however kept me from rating this office a 5 star. For 2 days I attempted to inquire if she would need a copay for her first visit. They kept answering and IMMEDIATELY place me on hold without speaking to me. During our checkout, the assistant working with us, did that same action in front of us. THAT is very poor unacceptable customer service. I also left a message when the automated system answered and gave me the opportunity to do so, I never received a call back. Dr. Mark is the ONLY reason I did not give them a 1 star.

My dentist and I have extreme anxiety and PTSD when it comes to ANY Dental procedures. Accommodating, kind, assistants are the best and the Dentist communicates well with me. I have had teeth pulled and partials made and they are very professional, sterile and kind to everyone ♥️

Comfort Dental impressed me greatly and surprised me twice with one appointment. First they were able to see me the same day of the morning that I called. The second surprise was even more startling, first let me say that my reason for contacting them in the first place is because I had dropped the bottom plate of my dentures and it broke into two pieces . But the surprise was that I had my repaired dentures back in my mouth in just over 24 hours. Comfort Dental keep up the performance of miracles. George C. McAnelly

I had an extremely painful toothache and I was miserable!! My Dentist was out of town and his staff referred me to Comfort Dental on 4th St. in Albuquerque. It was late when I called but was given an appointment early the next day. I saw Dr. Mark Clayton. He was an absolute wonderful, understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable Dentist that I have ever been too!! The Team and Dr. Clayton were so nice!! The girl at the front is very rude. She has tattoos all over her arms has curly hair and was working today 10 14 25 and was there this last Saturday. I witnessed her hang up the phone on a customer Saturday. We always tell her "bye have a nice day" and she never says anything. This has happened at least 3 times. Miranda is always very nice. Today when I was leaving I was telling a staff member about the pain in my tooth and it gets unbearable 1 hour before I am supposed to take the next dose of amoxicillin and pain killer. That girl working the front desk with all the tattoos was shaking her head back and forth all annoyed. Does she not know we can see her shaking her head in disgust? I haven't done anything to this girl she is just being nasty for no reason and does not understand the pain these teeth problems cause. To the owner why is this girl so rude? Everybody else is fine. I demand you take action and I am looking to filing a complaint with the state, the proper authorities. On top of my tooth problems I don't need the North Valley Albuquerque rudeness. When I say have a nice day and she said nothing Saturday and the other times she was working the front desk that was rude. Her rudeness is unacceptable and management needs to explain what her problem is. My mom is about to go there and now I have to tell her not to because of my experience. The Dr.s are good and the rest of the staff seems good. I have had a number of procedures there. The Drs seem knowledgeable and other staff are friendly. But, your rude front desk girl clearly has an attitude, or hatred of men, myself, something. She is plain rude. I will not go back to Comfort Dental until this issue is resolved. Take responsibility for your employees. She should not be allowed to be rude. This is a professional office I thought. Miranda is great as everyone else. I don't need the rudeness on top of this tooth ach. Please respond.
