Good dentist

Dr.McGarry is awesome as always and so is the assistant I am terrible I always forget her name and she is amazing with the kids. So is Dr.Clark just awesome as always. They never try and over charge me or add more services that are not needed. And that is a big deal for me. Love these guys.

When first getting treatment from Dr. McGary I felt confident with him as my dentist. My feelings about him at this time is nil. I was told the previous time in seeing him that I had one cavity. The person at billing told me the price of one filling. When coming in all of a sudden I was told I had 4 cavities. Not questioning it because of the trust I had in Dr. McGary I let him drill two of my teeth. While drilling my teeth he spent most of his time communicating with the hygienist, who was lovely, about things having nothing to do with the care of my teeth. He was even looking at her while drilling my teeth. In doing so he scared my tongue with the drill that left a mark at least an inch long because he was not concentrating on the work he was doing. This is negligence at best. Over 3 weeks later I continue to have numbness in my tongue and there has been no call from Dr. McGary or Rio bravo comfort dental to check and see how I was doing. Again this is negligence.

I always look forward to my appointments with Dr.Clark and his excellent staff. Always have been treated like a special patient.and Dr. Clark has got to be the most painless and easy going dental provider I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Each facet of a practice is meticulously operated to perfection. The front office staff are always happy to help you get the appointments, billing and insurance assistance or any other issues you might provide to them for assistance. I have been to many dental, orthodontia and oral surgeons during my lifetime and have to say I wish Comfort Dental along with Dr. Clark and his staff have made me a special family member and I am forever grateful and want to put it out there that there is such a place and a dentist who are totally painless and a Dental provider that once you experience them you are their patient for life. Great place I feel comfortable here I won't go to any other dental facilities. Have you heard the saying service with a smile? With such great care and dedication you'll be smiling too. In fact working with smiles is literally their business I even with my teeth not being the greatest I tend to smile but I'm going to smile even more because I know my teeth are going to look and feel amazing!

I have been experiencing really bad mouth/gum pain and the dental assistant Stephanie was so nice and patient with me. She was accommodating and an active listener. Dr Clark was thorough with my X-rays and was honest with me about not understanding how my gums were experiencing pain especially given the fact I’ve had my wisdom teeth pulled and that back molar removed years ago. We were both stumped on not knowing what was going on. I was prescribed medication for my pain and possible infection and also advised to see an oral surgeon. I greatly appreciate their team work, professionalism, understanding and patience as I struggle through this. ON TOP OF THAT- I literally did not have an appt, I was struggling and looking for help and they never turned me away. They were extremely helpful and willingly took me in when they could. This is definitely a dental office that has a familia atmosphere, I was seen as a person not another bill coming through the door. Thank you Stephanie and Dr. Clark.
