Best dental service I’ve ever had from the front desk staff to the dentist. The dentist was so kind and considerate. He explained everything he was going to do and kept me out of pain the entire time. I would recommend this office to everyone.

***PROFESSIONAL DENTAL STAFF IS WONDERFUL! GET YOUR TEETH DONE HERE!!!*** My service with the dental portion was amazing. Dr. Jay was great! My dental hygienist (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was so sweet! Both were professional, answered all of my questions and alleviated my anxiety. I was treated with dignity towards my particular concern and absolute regard and sensitivity; for this I am so grateful! Unfortunately I was not able to give a 5 star rating due to the front desk staff and I will not be returning. I was watching and listening to the front desk people answering phone calls and they were talking about customers when they hung up. When I was at the counter before I could even put things in my bag I was being told to "go sit down," and "answer the questions" I thought I was being a bit overly sensitive until I forgot a page on the back. I believe the staff was just a little too bossy and rude for me to spend my money there when I can go somewhere else and be treated a little bit more kindly. Again, I already have anxiety I really don't need added pressure of trying to navigate reading if staff is going to be nice or not. Fyi, there is no tooth bleaching services offered.

We had an amazing experience! The staff is what made it so great. Our dental assistant was understanding and kind. The Dentist was very personable and funny. We actually smiled and laughed through the appointment. One of the best interactions with a dental office I've ever had!

If Dr. Trevor Richard’s didn’t have a wife I would’ve kissed him!! Not only did he make me feel so comfortable with my extraction (that took less than 5 minutes by the way) he was very informative. Very knowledgeable and the treatment plan he worked up for me was 10/10! Getting me in same day and relieving my pain was so worth it. Please guys don’t go anywhere else but here!

I had my first visit 3/26/26 and was very nervous. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was so kind and understanding. The dentist who did my tooth extraction told me step by step what needed to be done and made me feel at ease. I wouldn't recommend any other place. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I sleep like a baby now that my toothache is gone. I'm giving an honest 5 stars because comfort dental didn't make me just feel like a patient but like their number one priority. I usually feel tense visiting the dentist but when I go back in two weeks I know I'm in good hands.

I want to thank the staff at comfort dental they're all very professional and understanding of my needs. They explained everything in detail to me cost effectiveness long-term outcome and I really did appreciate that day I understand that you know it's going to be a working progress. I would recommend going to comfort dental on southwestern to anyone that I know. I look forward to taking care of the rest of my dental needs there at comfort dental again, thank you for all your help I appreciate it.
