If your afraid of the dentist he is the best!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. The most painful cleaning I have ever experienced in my life. They made my gums bleed like you wouldn't believe, and not because they aren't healthy but because they kept stabbing them with the tools. I honestly question if the dental assistants have the proper training and education. The dentist came in to look at my xrays and didn't even introduce himself to me or say hi. Overall awful service.
I've been going to this Dentist Office since 2015. My first appointment was because I needed to extract one of my teeth and I couldn't get an appointment anywhere, but when I called Cosmetic Dentistry they fit me right in, right away. I was very impressed that the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also was impressed that the doctors (as I've seen both) took care of what I needed at that time and I was pain-free. They also didn't put any pressure for me to come back or try to find something wrong for me to have to come back. I came back because of the great service, staff and how welcoming I felt that I wanted to come back. P.S. I also recommended them to my husband, family & co-workers.
Dr.Mihalka is the most patient dentist. My wife and I wouldn't go to any other dentist. He really knows what he's doing and makes us feel comfortable. Great staff as well.
I have been a customer at Commerce Park Cosmetic Dentistry since I was 5 years old. I am not 28 years old and have continued to be a loyal customer, unfortunately, this loyalty was cut short on part of the Cosmetic Dentistry's unnecessary policy to charge a customer for missing an appointment, regardless of the reason. I missed an early morning appointent due to a stomach virus, and this company, despite my long history as patient disregarded my illness and simply stated I was already charged the 25 dollar fee. Vicki at the front desk was not helpful and I am highly disaapointed and dissatisfied with this experience. Customer service is clealry not a high priority. Thankfully, there are dentists everywhere and this company has no real "wow" factor to make me want to continue as a patient.
