Unsure if this is the location I’ve spoken to. I called to make a dental appointment, was transferred 4x and left on hold for an hour.
Good service's
Staff in the back cleaning and doing the hard work are great ! However the girls In front don’t know how to operate scheduling. I came in an hour early trying to get an early appointment and than end up pushing my appointment back and letting standby ppl in front of me ! Ridiculous how they are so careless and just do whatever they want. Horrible
They wrote the wrong time and blame it on me and I had to wait for 3 month but they want us to wait for another 2 months
They never answer I call everyday I’m on wait for more than 30 min. I just needed a follow up one of the ladies was really rude the last time I called she keeps saying no appt available I just need a follow up. She said well you have to come on standby but I don’t guarantee they will see you. That there was not enough staff or doctors that could help me. The pain is horrible they won’t even give me my refills for that unless I see the doctor again. But when is that is they always ignore my calls or say no appt at the moment it’s been over a month already 😡
I had a positive experience here. The staff were helpful and the service was efficient. The dentist was able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily so I'm now able to plan further dental care not available at this clinic. The reason I didn't give five stars is just that my time with the doctor felt rushed, although I appreciate that in this kind of setting, the doctor is bound to be in a rush! So many patients and so little time! Still, I don't feel that this compromised the quality of care I received.
I went to this place and I was satisfied. Everyone was polite and Dr. Matthew was amazing. I have a bad case going on and I've been to so many dentist before coming here wanting to know what I need to do. Every other dentist always gave me the run around and not giving me any recommendations or much information. Just that I needed to see a specialist but not what kind. But Dr. Matthew took one look at my x-rays, told me exactly what I needed, what my options we're and recommended a specialist (a prosthodontist) when no one else did. I didn't even know a prosthodontist was a thing. Overall this place was very helpful.
I have had multiple procedures done by Dr Mathew and his assistant Aneesha,(and the other assistants) and have had nothing but good things to say. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. They don’t keep me waiting all day, and before you know the job is done. I have also had a great experience with Terry, the nice lady at the desk. I will keep coming back as needed! Thank y’all
horrible service and staff. had extreme pain from my wisdom tooth and the receptionist had no knowledge of the insurance policy that covered the extraction. refused to let me speak with another person or a dentist. refused to give her name answer or even acknowledge any of my questions. asked her name and she responded with "what's your name" and never gave her name. then she hung up on me after I requested to speak with someone else. the whole call is recorded and will be reported. unethical clinic
