My nephew came in on a Saturday to follow up on the labs that were collected during his last appt a week ago. He was supposed to hear back from his provider about the results in 3 days after the last visit - but no calls or follow ups even after us calling. That is why we came in person a week after to follow up on the labs that was done a week ago. They only have one person working the check in desk so that took 1 hour to just check in then after checking in - it took another hour and half to see the provider, then we were told that “oh the tests are not back yet and not sure what happened so we are going to do the tests again”. Then we were sent to the lab area to wait to get the labs drawn - this is like another hour and half wait to get the labs done that was lost. The service aspect is so bad, I don’t have words to describe it. Not sure if they think they can get away with the bad service since most of the patients here could not speak up for themselves due to language barrier. Not sure how you are supposed to keep a working job while waiting for an appt that lasted more than 5 hours in waiting.
Male receptionist refused service for ER follow up visit.
What an outstanding organization. In a state that offers essentially no healthcare solutions for the population (anyone other than some children or the disabled), Community Care is a CRITICAL Lifeline for those at greatest risk, the indigent and the working poor alike. CUC offers fully integrated healthcare for anyone in need, and then some! As challenging as life can be for so many, the best peace of mind anyone can have, is knowing that they will NEVER be turned away because of an inability to afford or pay for healthcare. At CUC, you feel cared for and supported regardless of your financial status. More importantly, you won't find a more compassionate group of professionals who serve in the healthcare and social services professions — Everyone here is in it for all the right reasons. You'll never be made to feel like you're a burden or just another number in need. And I'm confident that you won't find a more caring, non-judgmental collective of professionals. This too, is why I recommend CUC to everyone, including those who are insured and can afford their healthcare expenses. CommunityCare is genuinely a 5-Star human services organization. Thank you for caring, advocating, and being a voice for those who otherwise don't have one.
For Dental 🦷✨ I would love to take a moment to give a 5⭐️ review to Dr. Kristen Oehler and Nurse Ashley. They were incredibly professional, patient, and kind, but most of all they truly took the time and effort to bring my teeth and smile to life. I am beyond happy with the outcome—completely satisfied and grateful. What a perfect way to end the week! Thank you so much to Community Care for having heroes who may not wear capes, but definitely wear scrubs. 💙
Worst experience ever at a gynecologists office. First visits with Meg Ryan MD and what the hell? She was so hostile the second she walked into the room. Super dismissive, rude and ran in a circle about pretty much any concern I had about MY body. Never ever recommending this gyno to any woman! I feel even worse for the ladies who have to receive prenatal care here!
