I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff made the whole visit feel relaxed and comfortable, which is not always easy to do at the dentist! Dr. Kaplan spent a remarkable amount of time helping me, even though they weren’t being paid for it. In a world where so much of healthcare can feel rushed or transactional, that kind of generosity and compassion meant a lot to me. I’m deeply grateful for the time, patience, and kindness I was shown by Dr. Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan is extremely professional and always makes every appointment a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make patients feel comfortable and well cared for. One of the best things about visiting his office is his great sense of humor, which helps create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Another thing I really appreciate is the music during the appointments. It creates a calm environment and really helps you relax. Dr. Kaplan took care of my very bad ,fossilized Molar that other dentists gave up on. He was fabulous in every respect! Dr. Kaplan had more equipment than I have ever seen. It was pristine and utilized effectively. He is extremely gentle and listens to his patients; a rarity. In addition, the offices are very clean and his staff is friendly and helpful. My experiences with Dr. Kaplan have been excellent. I highly recommend him to you.
Dr. Kaplan is an extraordinarily caring and talented endodontist. I was not an established patient, yet he saw me on an emergency basis and spent 2 hours with me well into the evening in order to address my issue. This practice is aptly named--I have never met a more compassionate doctor in any specialty. I cannot recommend Dr. Kaplan more highly.
