I had an excellent experience at my dental visit today. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained clearly, the appointment was thorough without feeling rushed, and the level of care was outstanding. It’s obvious that this is a practice that genuinely cares about its patients and takes pride in doing things the right way. I would highly recommend them.

Very thorough exam. I never received the attention to the problems that were occurring. I’m glad I changed and gave them the chance to help me. I would recommend them If your current dentist is not giving you a thorough check up try them. It may save your teeth in the future.

I needed a implant years ago and am very happy to stay with Concierge for all my dental needs. They have the most current technology and a very knowledgeable and professional staff. I mostly appreciate the time my dentist spends explaining anything I don't immediately understand. Thank you doctor Ben.

My experience was very pleasant and from the first minute they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The assistant was very friendly and super professional. The dentist was also super professional and always looked for a way for me to do better in my new treatment. It was a 10 out of 10.

Dr Ben Oppenheimer and his staff are not only professional, but have a great deal of patience answering questions without judgement even if you repeat the question. He is gentle and highly knowledgeable. Gwyn is extremely helpful not only with X-rays, but making you comfortable. and explained all the fees and my insurance. I would recommend that they have a sloped entrance to the office for people and walkers or wheel chairs. The actual office is beautiful as it currently is , but it needs to modify friendly pedestrian access. I am permanently switching to Dr Oppenheimer, even though this location is not convenient for me compared to the Melrose location in Williamsville. I would add Doctor Hauer at the Melrose location in Williamsville; He is very thorough, but he "sent" me to have a consult with Ben Oppenheimer to see if he could find other some other solutions to my problems, which he did. It is rare when somebody does this. I really trust him and I will continue use his services too!

First time appointment for my whole family- start to finish was very professional. Every interaction was very friendly from check-in to hygienist to the dentist and finally the work needed consultation. Very efficient and up front. Thank you for putting my kids at ease and making the appointment fun for them. 100% recommend.

Yesterday was my first appointment at Concierge on Delaware Ave, and I was so pleased! From the initial call I made last week to schedule, and had spoken with Daniel, who was so pleasant, patient, and understanding, to arriving in their beautiful facility yesterday, it's been a great experience. My hygienist was Taher, and he was so friendly, happy and so skillful. Dr Zahawi did my initial consult and evaluation and again, so friendly but knowledgeable and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend Concierge!!

My first visit & was a gr8 experience. Dental assistant was very nice. Very concern about my issue. & The dentist himself put me at ease & provided me information that i was NEVER provided with from previous dentists. I am.looking forward to becoming a permanent patient @ Conncierge Dentist.

Staff was very friendly and kind. They explained everything as to what they were doing and why. The office is calm and welcoming. My hygienist is fantastic and very professional. I had a great experience and will be making this my dental home.
