Connect Periodontics and Implant Dentistry Brentwood

This was my first experience with implants. Dr Shayefar kept me relaxed and was vedy patient with me. I appreciate his professionalism

You only need to know two periodontists in your life, Russ from Friends, and Dr. Shayefar! No need to go anywhere else! In all seriousness, I am glad that my dentist referred me to Connect Periodontics. I would describe Dr. Shayefar as a clinician who is adept and efficient with impeccable bedside manner. The procedure went very smoothly, and I truly didn't feel anything at all. His post procedure instruction was very clear to follow. I did not have any issue, and I returned to work the next day. I did not need any strong pain medication either, just ibuprofen was enough to manage the discomfort. His office staff is also very nice. Antoinette was very sweet and kind. She was really making sure I would get the medication I need, and dealt with my annoying pharmacy for me. I just finished my follow up visit with Dr. Shayefar, and everything healed wonderfully. I would recommend Dr. Shayefar to family and friends. I really hope I don't ever need to see Dr. Shayefar again as a patient, but if I do, I definitely will call his office and his office only! Thanks guys for everything!!!

Had to get a crown lengthening procedure, luckily Dr. Shayefar’s office took my insurance and they did a wonderful job! Really thorough post procedure instructions and everything healed well. Everyone at the office was super nice!

I had a dental implant placed by Dr Shayefar and I never had pain. It was a completely painless procedure. I never had to take any pain killers and Dr Shayefar called me the day after to check up on me to see how I was feeling. Now thats what I call exceptional customer service. Driving over 1.5 hours in each direction to come to this office is absolutely worth. If I moved to a different state, I would absolutely come back to get another implant. From top to bottom, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.

Dr. Shayefar and the staff at Connect Periodontics are fantastic! I had advanced periodontal disease with gum and bone recession, and needed to have a pocket revision with a gum transplant. I was worried both about finding a periodontist I could trust to achieve a good surgical result, and an honest practice that would charge a fair price. I found both with Connect Periodontics. Very fair and reasonable pricing, which is hard to find in West Los Angeles. They were transparent about pricing and helped me understand my options and insurance coverage, with no surprises. Despite the complexity of the procedure it was completely painless. Dr. Shayefar is a very skilled periodontist and I would definitely return to him if I need more periodontal work in the future.

This office completely changed the way I feel about dental care. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth and understanding. The staff is incredibly kind, and the doctor is not only skilled but genuinely compassionate. They listened to my concerns, explained my treatment clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It means so much to be treated like a person, not just a patient. I’m so thankful I found this office and highly recommend it to anyone who feels nervous or unsure.

Dr Shayefar is an incredible periodontist who did an amazing sinus lift. I had an option to do a sinus lift with an oral surgeon, but I’m happy I did it with a periodontist who has a light touch. In addition, he was nice enough to waive the 3 percent credit card fee. He gave me plenty of payment options and was very flexible when it came to paying for my procedure. All the staff are competent and skilled. Top to bottom, it was a 10/10 experience.
