I have to say I’m really disappointed with this dental office. I’ve been going here for years and enjoyed it for the most part until my last 2 visits this past year. In the past the staff was always very friendly and welcoming. My last two visits the staff seemed very disconnected and seemed like they were just trying to get the day over with. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and it was going to cost me almost $1000 after my insurance. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I didn’t need that cleaning at all. Seems like they were just trying to rip me off for something I didn’t need. I found a new dentist needless to say. I was disappointed with the experience I had with them over the last year. Hope they can improve, but they lost a loyal customer.
First time seeing Dr. Avey, and as someone who absolutely dreads pain and avoids the dentist whenever possible, I walked in pretty reluctantly. I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. The procedure was virtually painless — I hardly felt a thing — and Dr. Avey’s bedside manner was exceptional. Calm, reassuring, and professional from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend.
Been coming to this office with my whole family for 3 years now. Staff has always been amazing. Saw a new dentist today, Dr Avey. He was extremely kind, courteous, and explained all work thoroughly. Highly recommend this office.
I've been coming to this dental office for a few years now, and have been happy with the tenure. Don't feel any need\reason to look anywhere else, and perhaps that says enough. Had some work done, in a couple regards, on the date of this review with Dr. Avey and Emily, and I'm leaving satisfied. Thanks are also owed to the reception staff for getting insurances coordinated!
Dr. Matt and his team are great! They are using incredible technology that helps them diagnose issues and start working on them quickly. They can make crowns on site- if you've ever had a crown you know how much "fun" a temporary is! Staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you need dental work or are looking for a new dentist I highly suggest giving them a try. As a bonus they are currently running a new patient special that includes x-rays. Don't wait 6 years between visits like someone else did!
