Just moved here and desperately needed a dentist!! Dr. Chris is super friendly and really listens to your concerns!! He didn’t judge, didn’t “scold” me for the state of my teeth, and seems to genuinely care about helping his patients feel confident about gaining a better smile! Also, the assistant who took my xrays and such was a complete sweetheart!! And the front desk staff were extremely nice also!! Definitely using this team from here on out!!

I was highly impressed by the excellent communication between providers and customers at the facility. I felt comfortable and trusted staff, as making my dental health a priority before the bills. This impression was palpable from the moment I arrived, through the visit, and to the end. I will not hesitate to recommend the team practice to anyone I meet. I had such an amazing experience at Conway Dental! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely comfortable. The entire team worked so well together, and you can genuinely tell that they care about their patients. Diana at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jenny, the manager, was wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly. Nicole, the dental assistant, was so kind, patient, and reassuring throughout my visit. Diana, my hygienist, was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. And Dr. Chris was fantastic! He was professional, personable, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. What stood out to me the most was the teamwork. Every single person I interacted with was amazing, and they all worked together to create such a positive and comfortable experience. Going to the dentist can sometimes make you nervous, but this team truly made me feel like I was in great hands. We had a wonderful experience at Conway Smiles Dental Office! Six members of my family joined their membership program and received their cleanings, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was wonderful, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Dinh has excellent manners and was incredibly kind and patient with our kids. They felt comfortable around him, which made the experience so much easier for everyone. We were also impressed by the modern, top-notch imaging technology and the overall quality of care. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that combines great customer service with advanced technology and genuine attention to detail.
