Had a very pleasant visit looking forward for my next appointment 😊

I am a former patient who contacted this office because my bottom right tooth feels like a filling may be coming loose, and by text I asked whether they had anything sooner than September 15. During the exchange, I was addressed as "ma'am." I simply corrected them and explained that I am male. Their response was: "Your name has been corrected. Apologies, we are humans responding and it was a simple mistake." I responded that there was no need for the attitude, that I was simply correcting how I was addressed, and that a simple apology, correction, and answer to my appointment question would have been sufficient. The office then replied that this "discourse" made them feel the patient/office relationship would not be a simple one and told me to "find alternate care with another office." I had no issue with someone making an honest mistake. My issue was the defensive attitude after I simply corrected it. What should have been a routine exchange - "Sorry about that, we've corrected it, and unfortunately we don't have anything sooner" - turned into all of this. As a former patient considering returning for dental care, this interaction made that decision very easy. I'll take their advice and find another office.

My dental experience at Cook Dental was great. The staff is very professional and are very good at their jobs. They are also very friendly: That makes their patients feel confident and trusting.

Everyone is nice there, and caring. Dr. Cook did the dental work on my wisdom tooth, quick, easy.

The dentist including the staff is very professional and welcoming. All my appointments were quick and organized. Dr.Cook energy is assuring, I thought I’d feel humiliated because of multiple dental issues but that was not the case. I feel good about trusting her staff with my dental care.

I was highly impressed with the hygienist, Terrence. His cleaning technique was notably methodical, thorough and considerably gentle. Dr. Cook was her usual cheerfully personable self. She clearly explained the condition of my teeth along with treatment options in the areas where attention is required. I found that the staff members that I encountered were respectful, cheerful and seemingly competent.

It's been several years since I've been to the Dentist. I used to go to Dr. Cook office prior to COVID. Things took a turn family wise, and I am just returning. The staff was wonderful. They didn't judge me for how long it's been. They even complemented me about my teeth and gums. I credit the education I received from them in the past. I do need some work, but I am happy with her team and the family atmosphere. I wouldn't change her for anything.

I love ❤️ the male dental hygienist! He is so awesome 😎! I recommend you getting a male dental hygienist! He is very gentle when it comes to cleaning your teeth! I also love when he brush my tongue! He is the best! Thank you so much for a great dental visit!
