Cosmetic and Family Dentistry of Las Colinas

I absolutely love going to Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. Everyone is warm and welcoming, from the receptionist to Dr. Naik himself. Dr. Naik is a true perfectionist, which really matters when it comes to your teeth. I even overheard another patient say it was the first painless root canal they’d ever had, and I believe it—Dr. Naik is incredibly careful to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The receptionist is fantastic as well. She’s organized, knowledgeable about insurance details, and always helps schedule appointments in a way that works with your coverage and deductible, so there are never any surprises. They’re also very considerate of your time and keep appointments running smoothly. And as a bonus… they always have Flip or Flop on TV while you’re in the chair. 🙂

Had a root canal done and felt nothing! The staff is so sweet and amazing. Dr. Anup Naik is the reason I am no longer afraid of dentist and I can not wait to see how much better my smile is after all my work is done!

If I could give ZERO stars for Dr. Anup Naik and his practice, I would. BUT, if you like: 1) Dentists and their staff to watch TV while they're poking and prodding in your mouth with sharp objects - then this place is for you. 2) Dental practices who play with numbers to screw the insurance companies - then this place is for you. 3) Dentists who tell you "It'll only take an hour, tops", but then keep you there over 4 hours - then this is the place for you. 4) Dentists who have no idea what they're doing outside of a routine cleaning, and compromise healthy teeth in the process of their mouth construction - then this is the place for you. I am disgusted with Dr. Naik and believe most of these positive reviews are fake. I know others who have had bad experiences as well. This practice is both unethical and inconsiderate and there are certainly better places to go for treatment. Sorry, but it's true. And this review is based on my personal and unfortunate experiences here.

The team here was professional and friendly. Office was nice and clean. Dr. Naik was great. He explained everything regarding my treatment and walked me during the procedure. That made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely my choice for dentistry.

I was there for approximately 4 hours and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I’m excited to see the completion of Dr Nauk’s work. There was a dispute over pricing but it was handled with grace and professionalism. Thank you!
