Best dental office in the state of New Mexico, possibly on the Western Seaboard!

Honestly the best dentist facility I’ve been to since my original dentist retired. From the moment I walked in, til I left everyone made me feel like family. It was a great experience from Kayla to Marissa to Mateo to Dr.J. Very honest and transparent. Great place and highly recommend!

I’d like to thank Marissa (DA), Dr. J, Mateo (Hyg), Kayla (HCC), and Jessica (OM) for taking care of me during my visit. They were the kindest, nonjudgmental staff I’ve ever met. Highly recommend this place.

I got a regular teeth cleaning last week. The staff treats you so well here at this location. My visits are always pleasant and for the most part on time.

The dentist has performed 2 same day crowns on me and did great! Mateo was my hygienist today and he was awesome too! The whole staff is amazing! I highly recommend Cottonwood Smiles!

10/10 would recommend. I went in because I was told I needed a root canal. I had a hard time finding any place that would do payment plans but once I got to Cottonwood Smiles I had no idea what great people awaited me. Dr. j was super knowledgeable and kind. She gave me tips and tricks to help with my dental hygiene that no dentist has told me about before. Marissa and Keyla showed so much empathy towards me and my plight of horrible teeth. When I was faced with the cost of fixing multiple teeth I was so disheartened. Until they worked out a special payment plan that works for me! I couldn’t believe it! A dental office that ACTUALLY cares!! They did everything they could to give me a payment plan that’s doable I almost cried tears of joy. They are so attentive and kind and empathetic here, I won’t be going anywhere else ever again!

Just received a root canal from Dr. Le and her assistant, Vianca, and am completely satisfied with the results. They listened to my concerns and addressed them all with professionalism. I highly recommend them.

6 out of 5 stars! hands down best dentist. Dr J dropped some very specific knowledge that was very helpful and alleviated a lot of worry. Hygients were attentive and downright cool, receptionist is the most empathetic front desk worker I've ever met.

The receptionist and technician ( x-ray personnel) were very nice and friendly. However, we were not impressed with a female hygienist (or dentist?) there. We went in for a consultation on a temporary solution for a broken denture. The person did not explain or discuss why a temporary solution wasn't an option or cost effective. Instead, we were only offered one option, which was to get a very expensive brand new denture ( while a similar brand new denture would cost 1/3 of a quoted price in another country where the patient lives and will return to in a month as informed to her and the clinic). We decided not to get the service and ordered a denture glue from Amazon. It worked perfectly and fortunately we saved almost $900!!! In addition to the above, we found that this hygienist/dentist's demeanor was neither friendly or welcoming. My family and I were regular clients at this clinic for several years while Dr. King (former owner) was there before we went overseas with the State Department. I was hoping to have my family return to the clinic; however and unfortunately, because of the experience, we will not return. There are many other good dentists around with a better service.
