Just received a root canal from Dr. Le and her assistant, Vianca, and am completely satisfied with the results. They listened to my concerns and addressed them all with professionalism. I highly recommend them.

6 out of 5 stars! hands down best dentist. Dr J dropped some very specific knowledge that was very helpful and alleviated a lot of worry. Hygients were attentive and downright cool, receptionist is the most empathetic front desk worker I've ever met.

The receptionist and technician ( x-ray personnel) were very nice and friendly. However, we were not impressed with a female hygienist (or dentist?) there. We went in for a consultation on a temporary solution for a broken denture. The person did not explain or discuss why a temporary solution wasn't an option or cost effective. Instead, we were only offered one option, which was to get a very expensive brand new denture ( while a similar brand new denture would cost 1/3 of a quoted price in another country where the patient lives and will return to in a month as informed to her and the clinic). We decided not to get the service and ordered a denture glue from Amazon. It worked perfectly and fortunately we saved almost $900!!! In addition to the above, we found that this hygienist/dentist's demeanor was neither friendly or welcoming. My family and I were regular clients at this clinic for several years while Dr. King (former owner) was there before we went overseas with the State Department. I was hoping to have my family return to the clinic; however and unfortunately, because of the experience, we will not return. There are many other good dentists around with a better service.

I had a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the reception team greeted every person with genuine warmth. They made me feel heard, welcome, and completely at ease. It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly cares about your comfort, but this office absolutely does.

Do not take your children here. While I understand this is not a pediatric dentist I was told my toddler could be seen here. We took her here 3 different times. The first two times they did a "check up" if you can even call it that where they say they are getting her used to the dentist. They never performed x rays or a full exam which I assumed is normal practice as a first time mother. We took her to a pediatric dentist only to realize she needs major dental work. Had this dentist actually performed an exam things probably could have been prevented earlier and resolved. They are nice and friendly and I've gone here as an adult for years but will find a new dentist after realize the lack of care provided for my child. Maybe turn away pediatric patients if you cant treat them properly.

I had a great experience at Cottonwood Smiles Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My hygienist, Mateo, was awesome very gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to. Dr. J was amazing as well and took the time to explain everything clearly. I definitely recommend this office.
