Always a great experience with the team at Couchman’s! Would recommend Dr. Sayers to anyone, and Amy is always so helpful and friendly. I drive out of my way because they’re worth it.

I have been using Dr. Sayers and his team for years. I personally drive by many competitors to his team. They make you feel welcome. Reminds me of my childhood where it was more than just a business. Thank you all for being who you are.

The appointment turned out from a simple insertion of a new crown to surgery. The post was lose and turning around. It was removed and bone and cement were added and then closed up. Everything went well and I hardly felt a thing. Doc was very gentle and his soft voice, calming.

Always a very pleasant experience. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and do their jobs extremely well. Always a good experience with very good outcomes. Dr. Sayers and his staff go out of their way to complete a procedure in the shortest time and work toward the best outcome for the patient.

I have been going to Dr. Trent Sayers for several years now. He put in my implants when no other dentist would even try. It took a lot of skill, patience, and knowledge and I will never be able to thank him enough. I drive from Westminster to Colorado Springs (1 1/2 hours) just to see him. As far as I'm concerned he will be my dentist for life. The implants he put in have truly been a blessing, now I can eat and enjoy my food. Thank you so much Dr Sayers. You are the very BEST!!!!!! I had a crown come off. Dr. Sayers amazing team worked with my insurance company getting everything set up. Yep, the issue was on my insurance company. I showed up this morning and the ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and friendly. Dr. Sayers is the type of dentist you dream for! Friendly, approachable and damn good! I didn’t catch the nurses name who prepped my temporary cap, but she was friendly, funny and very talented. The fit was perfect. My bite feels exactly the same. I was out of there in 1.5 hours. This visit to the “dentist” was actually great!! Thank you to all of you!!

The dentist was not only engaging and easy to talk to, but also extremely thorough in their examination and explanation. Dr. Sayers and the dental hygienists were pleasant, competent, and thorough. They were friendly, reassuring and professional. I am so glad that this is my new dental care office.

My first experience was amazing with Kelly which is why I'm rating this higher than I would have based on my last experience. She is friendly, caring, and really took her time. The most recent cleaning was with a different person and it was rushed and I don't feel like a good job was done. Based on the first experience, I went back. However, if I receive the same service next time, I would not.

As an anxious dental patient, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sayers and Evelyn. I recently had an extraction and implant, and they made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step, which really helped put me at ease. Their skill and professionalism were evident throughout the procedure, and I felt completely confident in their care. The work they did was excellent, and I wouldn’t go to any other dentist. If you’re looking for a team that is both skilled and reassuring, I highly recommend them!
