My wife and I are extremely disappointed with our experience at this clinic. I had fillings that was not causing any pain or discomfort. The dentist decided to replace the fillings, and since then I have experienced significant sensitivity to hot and cold drinks. In addition, one of my teeth later broke, which I believe was related to the quality of the dental work performed. My wife also underwent treatment on her front teeth. During the procedure, her teeth were trimmed, and we were not given a clear explanation as to why this was necessary. Since then, she has had difficulty eating comfortably. Dental professionals have an ethical responsibility to act in the best interests of their patients and to recommend only treatments that are genuinely necessary. Based on our experience, we are concerned that unnecessary procedures may have been performed and that our insurance coverage may have been used for treatments that were not required. We have lost confidence in the care provided by this clinic and intend to bring our concerns to the appropriate dental regulatory authorities for review.

The hygienist was super friendly and gentle. She did a great job with my son’s teeth. Thank you!

I had a great visit to Country Dental today. The receptionist and hygienist were both very friendly and professional. It was stress free and loved that the insurance claims were sent immediately. Thank you CD. Way better service and experience than Leaside Dentistry.

Called Saturday at 4:00 with a broken tooth, scheduled me in for Monday morning. I thought it was going to be an extraction the dentist was very soft and able to save the tooth. Very happy with her service. I usually struggle being at the dentist because of my gag reflex but even the hygienist was great with the suction and making me comfortable during the procedure.

The people at Country Dental are exceptional, they truly prioritize patient centred care and service. Dr. Alexey is an outstanding dentist and a true professional. He has cared for our family for many years, and we have always had an excellent experience - he is kind, ethical and trustworthy. Absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Ji! I chipped my tooth eating crab and came in feeling a bit anxious, but he made me feel completely at ease.
